We were very happy to hire Top Roofing Contractor for our home roof repair after storm damage in Simi Valley. They did an excellent job on the roof, siding, gutters, and a few windows, and the whole exterior looked much better when the work was done. The crew showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and made sure everything was picked up after the project. Working with Lucas was easy and pleasant. He was professional, honest, and clear throughout the roofing process. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing repairs or related exterior work.

Top Roofing Contractor truly lives up to the name. They recently finished a roofing, gutter, and exterior trim project on my home, and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end. Working with Lucas, Clarence, and the crew was easy, clear, and stress-free. The estimate was simple to understand, very accurate, and the price was fair and competitive. The roofing crew showed up as promised, stayed organized, and worked hard to keep the job moving on schedule. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and professional attitude really stood out. They made sure everything looked clean, solid, and well finished, and the new roof and gutters completely changed the look of my older home. It now looks fresh, updated, and well protected from the strong sun and seasonal weather. I have already had several neighbors comment on how great everything looks. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family for any roofing or exterior home work, and they will definitely be my first call for future projects.

They finished our large roof in a single day, from early morning to evening. The roofing crew worked hard, stayed quiet, and kept the yard clean with no nails or debris left behind. They carefully covered all the plants with tarps and even …

We recently had the roof replaced on our home, shed, and a small deck canopy, and the whole roofing project went very smoothly. Our project coordinator, Lucas, was great to work with from start to finish. He was down to earth, professional, and easy to talk to. He looked over everything carefully, explained the roofing options in simple terms, and helped us choose the best solution for our property. Once the job was scheduled, the roofing crew showed up on time and got right to work. They stayed focused, worked efficiently, and were very respectful of our home and neighbors. Most of the roof work was finished in one day, and they later returned to install a small cricket on the uphill side of the chimney to help direct water properly. That extra attention to drainage and detail really showed their experience. Communication was excellent the entire time, and we always knew what was happening with the job. The cleanup was spotless when they were done, and the new roof looks beautiful. It has completely improved the look of our home in Simi Valley, and we feel much better knowing everything is properly sealed and protected. I would absolutely recommend this roofing company and Lucas for any roof replacement or repair work.

I have so many good things to say about Top Roofing Contractor! We had an issue with a leaking vent stack, and after getting a few quotes and running into confusion between roofing and HVAC companies, Clarence from Top Roofing Contractor stepped in and figured things out fast. Clarence was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing—he found the problem right away and the repair was even less than we expected to pay. His crew showed up on time, got straight to work, kept everything clean, and made sure to keep us updated through the whole job. Later on, our insurance company threatened to drop us, saying we needed a whole new roof. Even though some time had passed since the stack repair, I remembered how honest and knowledgeable Clarence was, so I reached out again. He was just as helpful as before—quick, thorough, professional, and really easy to talk to. The report and photos Clarence put together for us were just what the insurance company needed and they ended up renewing our policy with no more problems. We are so grateful for Clarence and the team! If we ever need our roof replaced or fixed again, they will be our first and only call. If you’re looking for roofers who really know their stuff and treat you right, don’t wait—give them a call. You’ll be glad you did!

Lucas came out to our home in Simi Valley to do a careful inspection of our roof and checked out a leak we had. He gave us a fair estimate for the repairs. We scheduled the work, and the whole team was very professional and paid close attention to every detail. They made sure to put orange cones around their truck for safety and cleaned up the area really well when they finished. They even used rubbing alcohol to wipe away any fingerprints on our siding. The crew finished the job in just one day, and the repair was done properly for long-lasting results. You can't even tell where the shingles were fixed because they matched them perfectly to our old roof. We are very happy with their work and would definitely call them again for any roofing needs. Highly recommend!
