It started with a phone call, and Jaden was polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. We set up a time for a roofing quote, and he arrived on time and explained the process clearly. Top Gillmeister Roofing kept good communication from the beginning, and when it was time for the roof installation, I got a call ahead of time with the scheduled install day. The roofing crew arrived early in the morning and got right to work. Before the tear off started, they carefully covered and protected everything around the house. They were respectful of my property and also paid attention to the neighboring areas, which I really appreciated. The whole job was finished in one day, and they even handled small detail work like sealing and caulking exposed nails around the flashing. That showed real attention to detail and solid workmanship. The supervisor and crew were professional the entire time, worked efficiently, cleaned up well, and made the whole roof replacement process smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Top Gillmeister Roofing gave us a great experience from the first estimate through the final follow-up after the job. Colby helped us plan and scope the work on our home, including roof repairs, new gutters and downspouts, some exterior siding fixes, and a new door. The quote came quickly, the scheduling was easy, and the whole process felt organized and clear. Jaden supervised the job on site and did an excellent job staying focused on details, workmanship, and making sure we were happy with everything. The crew was skilled, professional, and delivered high-quality roofing and exterior work. We would definitely recommend them for roof and gutter projects.

I’m sitting in my home office in Simi Valley, listening to the rain, and I feel so relieved knowing our new roof is keeping my family safe and dry. The team that installed our roof did a fantastic job—so professional from start to finish! As an engineer, I usually like to fix things myself, but roofing is definitely something I wanted experts to handle. Jaden, their representative, took extra time to answer all my questions and explain every part of the process. He even pointed out some roof details I hadn’t noticed before, which made me confident they’d get it right. Before the roofing crew started, skilled carpenters came out and handled some prep work, which showed real attention to detail. The team worked quickly and efficiently, removing the old roof and only replacing plywood where it was actually needed. The new roof looks amazing! After the job was done, Jaden made sure the whole area was spotless—even running a magnet over the yard to pick up stray nails. On the last day, a gutter specialist made sure all the upper and lower gutters were properly connected. Overall, I’m so impressed with their honesty, expertise, and fair pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work in Simi Valley!

We are extremely happy with our experience using this roofing company! From the start, they called us back right away, which we really appreciated since other companies didn’t respond as quickly. We had a pretty involved roofing project that included installing a brand new roof, adding a skylight, replacing trim boards, updating gutters, and putting on new shutters for our older home. Jaden came out to inspect our house and took the time to clearly explain all the roofing options available, making sure we understood how everything could be handled. Shortly after, we received a thorough and detailed estimate. The crew finished the new roof in just one day, and they made sure to clean up the area after each stage of work. They were considerate of our tenants and neighbors, minimizing any disruption throughout the process. All the workers were very skilled, careful, and had a positive attitude, which made the whole project go smoothly. Our house looks fantastic now, and we’ve received lots of compliments from friends and neighbors. The roof is solid—no leaks at all! Any small concerns we had were addressed right away, and communication from the team was excellent the entire time. Overall, working with this roofing company was a great experience!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this roofing company in Simi Valley. From start to finish, their professionalism and quality of work were outstanding. Jaden and the rest of the crew were on time every morning, getting started bright and early, and worked hard each day until the evening. They installed a beautiful metal roof on my historic home, and I keep getting compliments from neighbors about how great it looks and how it really completes the classic style of my 'old lady' house. During the project, they discovered several old layers of roofing that needed to be removed before they could put on the new roof. Even though this added a couple of extra days to the job, the team handled it without any complaints and just kept working with great attitudes. They made sure to clean up thoroughly and left everything looking better than before. I am extremely happy with my new roof and the excellent service I received. I highly recommend this company for anyone in Simi Valley looking for a skilled and reliable roofer.
