  The words did not match the work. Step flashing was removed and not reinstalled. He price matched other quotes which used shingled ridge vents but he decided to use cheaper metal ridge vent even after stating my objection. A piece of metal fascia trim was not reinstalled as promised. He claimed to perform the work by himself and son, I did not see either installing anything and was unable to communicate with the workers on-site since they didn't speak english. He has been in possession of payment since the work was done but is still a nuance. His text messages must have taken him more time than any work actually performed on the home. I work with many contractors on a consistent basis... do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wish I did.

  Been trying for over a month to get a quote for roof replacement. Promised several days to come out, wouldn't show up. Would take days to respond to messages. Supposedly came out a few days ago when I was not home, however, three days later and still no estimate. Hasn't responded to messages for two days. Do yourself a favor - move on to another company. Very disappointed.

  I had a great experience with this roofing company a neighbor referred me to. I had some leaks with my lanai roof and Tom and his son did a great job getting it done and in a timely matter. Professional and friendly too!

  Tom Sawyers Roofing fixed the roof leaks on our commercial building for good. We had two other companies come out that said they fixed the issue , but water kept coming. Tom Sawyers Roofing provided complete explanation on why previous attempts failed and how they would address the issue and warranty the work. Glad we called them, I now have reliable company to call for my business and my home.

  Coming home to a leaky roof was disastrous. I called Tom Sawyer and he came out the next day. He told me my options and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need. - Martha Donnelly

  This company is wonderful. The team managed to work well around the storms that came and went throughout the days that they worked on our roof. The results were better than expected. The job also improved the look of our mobile home around the perimeter. I would highly recommend this company for roof repairs or any roof related jobs.

  Had a leaky screened in area connected to the back of the house. Called Tom Sawyer roofing and his son Mikie came over in the blazing heat and did an outstanding job repairing and making better the roof section. Can’t wait till it rains. Lol Thank you Tom and Mikie for an excellent and professional job. Call Tom Sawyer for any aluminum Roofing needs you might have. They’re the best.

  Showed up, communicated, and quickly remedied a hidden problem as soon as we were aware of it at no extra charge. Definitly recommend.

  Tom provided excellent service when I needed help with a suspected roof leak. Communication was great, he showed up on time, is super friendly and helped me find a solution to my problem. Definitely recommend and will bike hiring him when I need my roof replaced. Highly recommend
