  Mario came out to do a quote but despite three reminders and three promises to get the quote to me, I never heard from him again. Why not just say "I cannot/will not do the job". That way no one's time is wasted.

  We had a small facia and soffit job we needed a quote on. Mario Sanchez came to our house and said we would have the quote by the end of the day. 3 weeks and 2 email requests later, we still have not received a quote. As this is how they respond with quotes, I would not want to do business with them. It would have been much better if he just told us he couldn't do the job or if the job was just too small, however, by ignoring us after we are told to expect a quote is just down-right unprofessional.

  I have used Four Seasons on many estates and Mario has been so accommodating however, most recently I purchased a new (old) house beachside and wanted to have a metal roof put on not only was Mario‘s estimate by far the most reasonable but the job that they did was impeccable. They left the grounds Spotless. They showed up when they said they would, they went above and beyond with some of the quirks of my house, Mario made sure that I was happy with every bit of the job. I highly recommend Four Seasons worth wait if they are scheduling out a bit.

  Superior service and quality construction from Mario Sanchez and Four Seasons Roofing, for our residential flat roof project in DeLand. Competitive pricing, great communication, and a final product to be proud of. Even the roofing inspector was impressed.   Mario with Four Seasons roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with while repairing the roof on our rental property. His professionalism, consideration and knowledge throughout the process was astonishing! After meeting with SEVERAL contractors in the area and numerous phone calls with them, Four Seasons Roofing was definitely a breath of fresh air! We can't thank you enough Mario!!

  My homeowners' insurance agent contacted my husband and I to tell us that our roof was over 21 yrs old and that we would have to replace the roof in order to have our policy renewed. We only had one month to comply. We called Four Seasons Roofing and spoke to Mario Sanchez (Owner) on a recommendation from a friend. Mr. Sanchez stated that he was booked solid into January. I explained the situation, and he scheduled us for a roof replacement immediately. Pricing was fair. Our roof is completed and it looks great! In addition, Mr. Sanchez and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. Thank you Four Seasons for turning a bad situation into a pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend this company for their great service and professionalism.

  We asked Mario to give us a quote just before supply chains broke down and shingle inventory dried up. Mario worked tirelessly to seek a supply of shingles in the color and quality we wanted. We were updated regularly until an acceptable inventory was found. Once work started, the job was fast. We are very happy with the quality and value for our investment. The work crew was courteous and thorough. I would recommend Four Seasons Roofing to anyone. You are hiring a competent firm.

  Fabulous service, friendly, polite crew. This company was extremely dependable and affordable. They worked neatly and left the job site immaculate after every workday. We are so pleased with the work they did on this complicated job that other roofing companies didn’t really know how to tackle. Call them and you won’t be disappointed.

  Out of the 4 companies we had appointments with , he was the only one that actually came out when he said he would, climbed on the roof and actually looked at it and then sat down with us and went over different options for our roof. I wished that a lot more business owners were like Mario , we would highly recommend his business !
