Our condo association has relied on Davis Family Roofers for all of our roofing needs. They repaired a leaking skylight, removed and replaced worn-out gutters, re-flashed and sealed problem areas along the side of the building, and took down old window awnings. They also explained the condition of the roof system clearly and helped us understand which repairs would protect the building best in the long run. We really enjoy working with them because the work is solid, the pricing is fair, and the customer service is friendly and professional. The crew shows up on time, communicates well, and responds quickly when a roof leak or skylight issue needs fast attention, especially during heavy rain and hot weather. Everything was handled smoothly, and the property looked clean after the job was done. I highly recommend them for any roofing service.

Brady, my sales consultant from Davis Family Roofers, was a big help while I was choosing a roofer for my home in Port Orange. I had estimates from several roofing companies and narrowed it down after comparing pricing, shingle options, …

We called Ruben to inspect a roof that seemed to have an occasional leak. A few other roofing companies had already been out, but they could not pinpoint the problem or fully stop the leak. We had also lost several shingles during strong Florida winds, so we were concerned about the condition and overall quality of the roofing system. Ruben and Jordan came out quickly to our home in Port Orange, checked the attic, and found the source of multiple important roof leaks that had already caused some damage to the roof decking. They explained everything clearly and gave us confidence that the issues would be fixed the right way. Soon after, the roofing crew arrived and completed a full roof replacement with solid upgrades to improve durability and weather protection. The team worked hard all day, stayed organized, and finished the job efficiently. They also did an excellent cleanup when the work was done. We are very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and professionalism. Now we feel much more comfortable during heavy rain, summer storms, and windy weather. We would absolutely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing reliable roof repair or replacement.

Davis Family Roofers did the original roof when my home was built, and it is still holding up very well. After a recent storm, there was some minor roof damage with a few loose and missing shingles. The roofing technician arrived on time, …

i do not write many reviews, but i felt i needed to share this about a roofing company. they replaced my roof after storm damage, and the roofing work itself was done very well. the new shingles looked great, the crew kept the jobsite clean, and there were no loose nails or debris left around the property. during the project, there were a couple of issues with the yard and a patio wire connection, but once i called, they responded right away and sent someone out the very next day, even on a weekend, to take care of it. later on, i spoke with jordan about the lawn area that had been affected by the roofing equipment and crew traffic. he listened, understood the concern, and agreed to help make it right by replacing the damaged turf with new sod. that kind of follow-through says a lot. it showed me they stand behind their roof work, their service, and their word. no company is perfect, but what matters is how they handle things, and this roofer was professional, responsive, and committed to customer satisfaction from start to finish. overall, i would gladly use them again for roofing services. they do quality roof replacement work, clean up well, respond quickly, and truly care about their customers.

Brady at this roofing company has been great to work with. The crew inspected my roof and installed gutters on both of my homes at a fair price. I’m a REALTOR, and they have also replaced roofs for several of my clients, handled many repairs, and stayed available whenever we needed a roof inspection or a clear update on the roof’s condition. They do solid roofing work, communicate well, and make the whole process easy. In the Florida heat and storms, it helps to have a dependable roofer who understands what local homes need. If you are dealing with insurance, Brady is very helpful when working with adjusters and supporting the claims process. I highly recommend this roofing team for any roof replacement, repair, gutter, or inspection needs.

Our roofing-related exterior project, including soffit, gutters, and window replacement, went smoothly from start to finish. Everything was finished on schedule, and the final result gave my home a fresh, updated look that fits the Florida climate well. The crew was professional, skilled, and easy to work with, and Elias, the project manager, was excellent throughout the whole process. He stayed available, answered every question, and kept me informed in the weeks leading up to the job. Once work began, he provided daily updates so I always knew what was happening. The workmanship and attention to detail really stood out, and the entire experience felt organized and stress-free. I would gladly use them again for future roofing or exterior work and would confidently recommend them to family and friends.

i worked with jordan to get a quote from Davis Family Roofers. Out of all the roofers i contacted, jordan was the most responsive and the first to actually get up on the roof and inspect everything so the full scope of the roofing work was clear. Along with great customer service, jordan gave me the best price by far. It saved me enough money that i was able to upgrade the gutter system and add leaf guard for better drainage during Florida rainstorms. The crew showed up on time and worked very fast. They stripped the old shingles and completed the new roof in one day, which was impressive considering the amount of labor involved. The gutter crew came on a separate day and was just as efficient, finishing the job quickly and cleanly. jordan communicated well before the project started and stayed responsive to my questions afterward, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. My neighbor was so impressed with the finished roof and gutters that he scheduled his own roofing project too. If you live in Port Orange and need roofing, gutter replacement, or leaf guard installation, this was a great experience. The work gets loud while the roof is being replaced, but that is just part of a busy, hardworking roofing crew getting the job done right.

I would rate the roofing service very highly overall. The roof replacement went well, and the crew did solid work on most of the project. There was a small section left unfinished for a short time because the shingle style and color I chose became unavailable, but once the materials arrived, the roofing crew came back and completed everything properly. I would have appreciated a little more communication during that part of the job, but the issue was resolved and the finished roof looks great. In the end, the team handled the shingle delay and finished the installation with good results.
