  I really appreciated Rémi's availability and explanations. The work went smoothly on the day of installation; the workers cleaned up everything and left the site safe. That said, we had to remove some shingles to install a skylight, and the wood was rotten, even though my contract stated that wood replacement was included up to 100 square feet. I therefore had to pay extra to have it repaired. I contacted the company about this three weeks ago, and they told me I would be called back, but I haven't heard anything. Unfortunately, I don't think I would recommend the company, and I'm afraid there might be other damaged parts of the roof.

  Hello Virginie, Despite our explanations and recommendations against having the skylight replaced by another company, you still chose to proceed with this other company. We certainly don't hold it against you, as we understand that ultimately, it often comes down to budget. However, since you entrusted us with the entire roofing project as well as all your gutter work, we believe a strong bond of trust was established, especially since we offer comprehensive and transparent services, without any unpleasant surprises along the way. However, as you can see in your photo, and as we tried to explain, the rotten wood was located under the perimeter of the skylight, specifically under its brackets and flashing. To completely replace the wood under these sections, it would have been necessary to remove the skylight and then reinstall it. This work was therefore not included in your quote, as this portion of the project was to be handled by another company. Unfortunately, this is a situation we see regularly in the industry. Some prices may seem very attractive in the initial quote, but several extras can be added once the work begins. In our opinion, a company with the necessary experience with this type of complex installation should anticipate the possibility of replacing the wood around a skylight that is already several years old. As agreed with Rémi, after the installation of your skylight, we offered you a free on-site visual and technical inspection to avoid any unpleasant surprises and prevent potential problems that could affect the warranty.   ** do not give any deposit ** . If you do, you may lose your deposit in case if you want to cancel the job. After I signed the contract I got 3 quote from different professional companies way lower than Signature given to me (2000$ less ). I called for the cancellation and they refused to give my deposit and making stories like we already ordered your roof material. They didn't advise me or not in the contract saying I will lose my deposit in case if I cancel the contract. This is how they lock the customers getting the deposit. Don't fall for this. They were rude and unprofessional. I was about to file a case. But finally they agreed to pay after the arguments. Not professional. Better you avoid this unprofessional company

  From start to finish, it was a great experience. Rémi came in the spring for the quote and explained all the products and processes to me professionally and patiently. He was always available, which was reassuring. Then, Gabriel and his three colleagues came. They were on site by 7:00 a.m. By 4:00 p.m., everything was finished, including the cleanup. They were polite, courteous, and in good spirits. There was singing and laughter on my roof! 😂 They took great care to cover everything around the house, and they were very careful with my flowerbeds, which I greatly appreciated. They even used the magnetic nail puller everywhere! The lady is so happy! I highly recommend them! Thanks, everyone!

  I want to express my complete satisfaction with this company for the roof repairs.
