  It says a lot about a business when the owner parks in a disabled parking space without a sign, and even worse, parks in such a way that they take up two spaces and leave no space on the other side. Do your research, but you see in the photo an arrogant owner who is incapable of thinking of others. Avoid or negotiate accordingly…

  I'm really disappointed with their work. I've already had to do some repairs myself and I've had to clean up the surrounding area and even my neighbors' properties. They showed little respect for my home.

  From the start, it was difficult to get clear answers to our questions. We constantly had to chase after information, and the advisor didn't return calls. I had to leave about twenty voicemails/texts before receiving a call. We were offered a July start date for the work, but it began in mid-October. We had to get two quotes: one for the metal roofing (which ultimately couldn't be installed after we accepted the quote) and a second for the shingles. In our first quote, the fascia/soffit/gutters were included, but when we switched to shingles, they "forgot" to include the soffit/fascia. So now we have a new roof, but the perimeter of the house is uncovered pine. What surprises me most is that they seem willing to install the gutters without a soffit/fascia, leaving the wood exposed... Very unsightly and unprofessional. I now have to install the fascia/soffit myself at over 30 feet high since they charge $10 per foot!! Very dissatisfied.

  There was a small leak on the roof of my house. The employees from Toitures Messier et Tougas came and fixed it. Very competent and the work was done well.

  I recently used the services of Toitures Messier et Tougas for maintenance on the metal roof of a six-unit building in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, and I am delighted with the experience.
