Hello Eric, We conducted two inspections (shingle roof and flat roof) as required by your insurance company, and we submitted a report. As explained, no reputable company can guarantee or certify a roof that is several years old based solely on a visual inspection. For the sake of transparency, we offered you a full refund, even though the service was performed. At VNC Roofing Inc., we honor our commitments and prioritize honesty in all our work.

Please avoid this company. They did a terrible job at my house, and after I paid them, they never responded. They forgot many things, like the L-shaped trim pieces, they didn't install the roof vents properly, they even nailed the roof over my gas line without checking, and many other things. Maybe it's because I'm just an immigrant? The owner, Vincent, is a very young man and not very professional. Photos to follow.

VNC Roofing came to my house in May 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, without any protective equipment, even after I requested it, as I have a wife at home with a weakened immune system. After their work, my roof had several visible dents. At the end of the contract, VNC Roofing told me that with the heat of summer or the weight of snow in winter, the dents would disappear. After four heat waves in the summer of 2020 and the winter of 2020-21, the dents are still there. Then I was told that this was normal and that the installation had been done professionally. Followed by complete radio silence, no attempt to repair or do anything else. I had to file a complaint with consumer protection and go to small claims court to get the situation rectified. Not to mention that a window was broken and the verges were trampled and destroyed. Photos will follow soon; they're too large to share right now.

Sorry, but we cannot require our roofers to wear protective equipment on the roofs during the work...

They came to do my roof in April 2020. They broke my front stair railing, dropping shingles and leaving several tar stains on my brickwork... Since then, the landlord keeps telling me he'll come and fix everything, and I'm still waiting!!! It's now October 2020. I had to file a complaint with consumer protection.

Hello Mr. Girard, We are sincerely sorry. We will order a new railing to replace the one damaged by the shingles as soon as possible. Thank you nonetheless for your trust; we hope you are satisfied with your new roof. VNC Roofing Inc. Roofer, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

I 100% recommend VNC Roofing. My family has been doing business with them for over five years: a flat roof in Montreal, then a shingle roof in the Eastern Townships at my parents' house, and another shingle roof at the family cottage. Each time, the service is impeccable: an efficient team, a clean worksite, and they take the time to clearly explain the work to be done (without any unnecessary extras). They offer a very professional service, and their expertise is evident. A special thank you to the owner, Vincent, for being so personable. We always feel well taken care of! I recommend them without hesitation 💯

A roofing problem that isn't addressed promptly can sometimes have serious consequences. We contacted VNC Roofing in the summer of 2024 for a drip on a flat roof. Their expertise allowed them to design and install an opening to hang a rain chain. The accumulation problem was solved. We called Vincent again the following fall to seal a leak we had discovered on a different roof. In addition to fixing the problem, he proactively suggested and inspected all the other roofs. I wanted to highlight their excellent service, even with the slight delay.

Excellent service from VNC Roofing. Vincent listened carefully to our needs and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The work on our flat roof was done cleanly, solidly, and without any unpleasant surprises. We had such a great experience that we've entrusted him with four other buildings since. It's rare to find someone so personable in this industry. A fantastic contractor! 👍

I recently hired Toitures VNC, and I'm absolutely delighted with the result! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly responsive and professional. They quickly scheduled an appointment to inspect my roof and provided a clear diagnosis, without trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. What particularly impressed me was Vincent, the owner. He's a genuinely kind person who prioritizes helping and doing what's necessary for his clients' well-being, without ever trying to sell me superfluous services. He's always on-site to supervise and ensure everything runs smoothly. The team arrived on time, worked quickly and meticulously, and cleaned up the site at the end of each day. Plus, the price was fair, and there were no unpleasant surprises at the end. Toitures VNC is truly a leader in the roofing industry! If you have any roofing problems, I recommend them without hesitation. Excellent service, a top-notch team, and an owner who truly cares about his customers!
