Don't do business with them, you'll regret it! I had some flooring work done and I had several problems. The flooring planks started coming loose after a month. They came to "fix" it by applying silicone to glue the planks down instead of clipping them together properly. I'm still having problems with the planks coming loose. I've been pestering them for a year to come and fix it, and they still haven't! Once you pay, they tell you to get lost! They are not reliable people…

Very bad. I wouldn't recommend him to a friend. I called him about a roof leak. He refused to check the source of the problem but replaced a part that had nothing to do with it. Then he refused to come back when the leak continued.

Job poorly done, should have been redone by another company.

Spam, this is a competitor with a fake account trying to harm a company with an excellent reputation. I sincerely wish you peace of mind...

After two messages and a quote request for an urgent need for water infiltration, I received a response 12 hours later saying they were unavailable! They're using phishing and wasting the precious time of distressed customers, especially since they clearly advertise on their website "24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICES"?!? 😡😡😡 …

Hello, as mentioned in our previous email, we are unfortunately unable to take on everyone at once. We have experienced a very high volume of calls and requests due to the recent low-pressure system. We must address them in order of priority. Regarding response times, please understand that we are human, not robots, and with the number of emails and calls we receive daily, it is normal for there to be delays, sometimes longer than usual. Nevertheless, we remain committed to our clients, working diligently to provide the best possible service tailored to each individual's needs, and I do not believe your accusations of phishing are justified. Thank you and have a good day! -Roofs on Alert

They repaired my roof after some shingles had blown off in the wind. The repair was well done. I requested a quote to redo the roof; the quote arrived three weeks later, and they left it in the door without even coming to meet us. They communicate by text message; I asked questions by text but never received a response.

This company is not even registered with RBQ and GST anymore lol it took a very long time before they came to do our roof after the quote which was planned for May, they finished at the end of September.
