This company is not respecting municipal regulations (and therefore the residents): noisy work is only permitted from 7 a.m. onwards, not 6 a.m. https://www.ville.quebec.qc.ca/citoyens/reglements_permis/nuisance.aspx

A very bad financial experience for a job (which may have been well done, time will tell) that was billed at an exorbitant price, especially given the urgency of winter. I realized afterward (too late) that I had paid at least three times the normal price. It was my fault anyway, as I should have done things intelligently and done my research beforehand. I have a strong feeling of dishonesty on Keven's part.

The repair was perfectly satisfactory, but they took advantage of the storm to charge exorbitant prices in Charlesbourg. Many people with no other option were ripped off. They're probably competent, but they're profiting immensely. I don't recommend them.

Mr. Dufault, we were pleased to respond to your emergency call to your roof during the holiday season. You were free to call another company if you felt our services weren't worth the price.

I called him about a small water leak after a heavy storm. He came out the same day. Good after-sales service, the warranty was honored.

Thank you for your comment; luckily it's not coming from the roof.

A contractor who says what he's going to do and does what he says is rare these days. Keven and his team redid the roof of our house in Lévis, on the scheduled date and within the quote. Impeccable work from start to finish. They make sure …

I contacted the owner, Kevin Lecours, without knowing him, after my roof collapsed. He was there 15 minutes later—amazing! 🤩 at 7:00 a.m. Everything was cleaned up by 11:30 a.m. I highly recommend this company in every way. The owner provided outstanding follow-up. Thank you to his entire team of professional roofers. Case closed. Thank you!!
