  I gave a solid 5-star review before receiving a very passive-aggressive email regarding payment. The work was completed on July 11th. I received the invoice on August 22nd. I was waiting for it to file an insurance claim. The work itself was well done, however, the after-sales service was poor.

  Mr. Nadeau, my email wasn't passive-aggressive as you claim. It was actually about the invoice payment. You asked me to wait for payment from your insurance company. Waiting eight weeks for a payment of $525 before taxes, yeah right... We completed the work the same day you called, and once we were on site, with the work finished and the ladders on the trailer, you asked us to repair the fascia. We did it. I provided you with the invoice showing the roof and fascia repairs, and upon receipt, you asked me to change the invoice to show the same amount but only for the roof repair, presumably to claim it from your insurance company. In short, most clients are so happy after a repair that they pay us immediately. You were there during the work, and we didn't see you go out to pay. I had to chase you up to pay the outstanding invoice, and you told me to wait for a check from your insurer to be returned. When you go to the grocery store, hardware store, or other retail or service business, the bill is payable on the spot. I believe you were frustrated about having to pay this bill because it took me four weeks to send it to you, and you may have thought I had forgotten about you.
