When you're driving a truck with a trailer, you don't run a red light at a busy intersection (today, August 4th, at Chemin Dusseault and Chemin de la Concorde, near Maxi/IGA), and especially not at a crosswalk when three pedestrians, including two children, are already in the road! I don't know if it was an employee or the owner, but that's just not right!

The initial bill for a minor repair was significantly inflated. Although the business owner agreed to reduce it by half following my complaint, I'm still puzzled, especially since the soffit repair appears to be more of a temporary fix than I had anticipated.

They did my roof in 2018, and they offered to do my shed too, but it wasn't due yet. Now, in 2025, it is due, and I wanted to do it properly, but I had a problem with rot when I removed my shingles. That was it, I called them. They came and …

Following the inspection report for our house, we were told there was a water leak in the roof. We got several quotes to find the best value for money, and we had a really good feeling about MR Roofing Inc. Indeed, from the first contact to the completion of the work, Sylvain and his team were impeccably professional. When two employees arrived on site, one of them (Léo) noticed that our initial request didn't match what he was seeing. He then went into the attic to understand the real problem, and once he identified it (a ventilation issue, not a leak), he explained the solution, and the two men resumed work. I should add that we had ordered the wrong color shingles. Sylvain arrived in no time with the correct materials, all smiles. Finally, the two employees cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.
