  Roof installation was done professionally but they purchase more than you actually need (for possible waste) and don't refund whatever is not used. Benefit for them for getting extra money out of the customer (didn't catch them when they did my roof). Son used the same roofer to have his roof done (emergency work due to leaky roof) and overcharged by 5 bundles and when confronted, demanded a refund of the bundles (marked on the contract) and now is having a difficult time getting refund due to the company stating that their assets are frozen due to bankruptcy protection. Good way of not wanting to refund the money.

  Good evening Mr. Greven, we are surprised by your disappointment, but it often happens that we run out of packages on some jobs and we never ask for extra, because it is our responsibility to estimate the correct number of packages. That said, this is why it is very common for us to order more packages, to avoid having to go and get more once we are on site and/or for another reason, such as another job to avoid travel or another delivery, etc. Mr. Greven, in any case, your invoice is not based on the quantity of materials ordered but rather on the number of square feet to be covered. For example, whether we buy 40 units to cover 1000 square feet or 55 units to cover the same area (1000 square feet), it makes no difference to you; you will pay the same price for your roof repair.   I’m happy to replace my roof with this company. They replied my request very fast with a detailed quotation, the workers arrived punctually on the day, and worked professionally. After the work, they cleaned all fields. Now I can sleep well then don’t worry about leaking anymore.

  They replaced my shingle roof and did a great job. They protected my doors and garden and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Very professional, and I recommend them.

  Last year horizon did some repairs for my condo building. The work was done very well. This year I had a repair to do as well. I found that it took a little longer than I would have liked but once the work was done, it was done, again, very well. Thank you Horizon.
