  I can't believe it! I called twice the first year, and they told me they'd call me back... but they never did. I thought it was because of Covid. This year I made another appointment with the secretary, and the manager didn't even show up or call! In short, they clearly choose roofs that are easy to repair and profitable!

  I had my roof installed by them in 2019. Following a recent building inspection, some issues were raised regarding the roofing. I contacted the company and spoke with Camille, who was exceptionally kind and professional. She took my case seriously from the very first call, gave me her contact information, and asked me to send her the report and photos. The next day, before I even had a chance to send anything, she called me back to make sure she had given me the correct address. This attention to customer service is truly remarkable. The situation remains to be seen, but for now, I am impressed by the responsiveness and the service I received.

  Having previously entrusted them with a contract, we received good service and a good job, so 5 stars up to that point... but for a second project, they failed to show up twice before cancelling their commitment to the contract after a one-week delay, even though the contract was signed. Given the flat roof and the weather conditions, this caused many problems and extra work before the new roof could be installed. This was a less positive experience, which I would rate as 1 star. It's a shame, as it seems like a good company with a lot of potential...
