I had a very bad experience with EMC Roofing for work done in July 2026, namely the complete replacement of my asphalt shingle roof. The contract was not respected: while the quote stipulated the installation of 6 feet of self-adhesive membrane at the bottom of the slopes, the team only installed 3. I am currently in dispute with the company to ensure they fulfill their obligations. I do not recommend this company at all!

Update: Unfortunately, a year later the roof needs to be completely redone. They didn't provide enough ventilation when installing the soffits. The shingles are already curling and come off very easily, full of nails, but not in the right place. If we weren't doing major renovations, we wouldn't have noticed. Luckily, our contractor is there to take care of everything. Look for M6 Construction instead. I am therefore withdrawing my recommendation and urge you to absolutely avoid this company. We are very satisfied with the work done, very professional, fast, clean, good price, great team. Highly recommended.

No service whatsoever, and he hasn't given any updates on the submission I accepted!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 14, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Toitures E.m.c. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
