A complete lack of preparation when it is necessary to use a neighbor's yard to carry out work at the client's property. Improvement is needed in this area.

One of your employees, driving a black pickup truck with a Morel Roofing trailer, yelled insults at me from his window while I was walking on the sidewalk in L'Assomption on Boulevard l'Ange-Gardien around 1 p.m. on October 30th. There was no reason for this; my back was turned. Perhaps you should remind your employees how to behave as civil individuals; this gives your company a very bad image.

Non-professional snow removal. Snow left on shrubs and basement windows.
