I hired Alexandre from Couvertures Joliette in May 2025. He didn't finish the work on my roof, and I tried to contact him for four months for a follow-up without success. I paid $3,500 to this company. I am very disappointed.

Beware, the sales pitch is enticing, but the after-sales service leaves much to be desired. After more than a year, we finally received compensation for a leak (water damage inside our garage, not repaired by the contractor but by my spouse) in our roof due to their faulty installation (it was temporarily patched with ordinary silicone while we waited for the proper roof repair, for a roof that cost us $12,000). We had to insist and chase after their after-sales service. Eventually, we resorted to legal proceedings, and Mr. [Name omitted] deigned to give us the agreed-upon reimbursement. Very disappointed by this lack of professionalism.

I hired Les Couvertures Joliette to completely replace my shingle roof, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. The team was incredibly efficient—the work was completed quickly and with great professionalism. What I particularly appreciated was that they left everything spotless when they left, as if they had never been there. Impeccable service from start to finish. I recommend them without hesitation. A big thank you to the entire team for your excellent work! 5/5
