  The rep did not investigate thoroughly and concluded that the our 11 year old roof needed to be completely replaced. When speaking to other roofing companies, I was explained that the issue could be resolved with minor repairs. I cannot comment on the quality of their roofing but I would have expected more expertise/investigation before leading me towards a 20k repair!

  Hello Mr. Quinn, In my quote, there was also an option to repair the three water leaks for $9150. I understand your point of view, but when an 11-year-old roof leaks in three different places, it speaks volumes about its quality. That's why I strongly suggested you replace it entirely during my roof inspection. However, you have the right to repair it, and I'm not criticizing that decision at all. But in my experience, due to the poor quality of your roof's installation from the start, you will most likely have to make other repairs in the future, and ultimately, it won't be advantageous in the long run. I even took the time to call you back a week later to get your perspective and discuss it. And what I receive as a bonus after all my advice is this letter...

  We are very satisfied with the work done on our roof. Everything was in accordance with the contract and even exceeded expectations. They did a meticulous walkthrough of the site. Everything was clean when they left. The team arrived on time. They were polite, courteous, and very competent. They were also respectful of the neighbors, so there was no loud music or shouting. Thank you very much!
