The roof was very poorly done, causing water damage and a mouse infestation, and when I inquired about having it repaired, he told me I would have to pay for the services, even though the roof was barely 3 years old.

I hated talking to that man who seemed to think I was an idiot, even though I was polite and enthusiastic. Obviously, I know nothing about roofing, and he seemed to think I was stupid because I asked him if estimates were free for minor repairs. The tone of his voice gave him away; he was mocking my lack of roofing knowledge. Oddly enough, other roofing experts do offer free estimates! It's clear I'll do business with them and not with Mr. Boudreau. The first contact with a client is over the phone, and when things start off badly like that, I prefer to deal with someone kind and not as thick as two short planks. I'll never call him again.

I hired Kevin for a repair. It's not my area of expertise, but he put me at ease by clearly explaining the problem and what would be done. Good communication and excellent work. I think customer service is in the owner's blood, which isn't something everyone in this field possesses.

I waited over a month before writing this review because I wanted to test my new roof after a heavy storm! And the result is very satisfying: no leaks, and the shingles withstood the strong winds well. The two installers were courteous, worked quickly (about 9 hours for a 53' x 18' roof and a shed), and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. No damage whatsoever. The contractor, Kevin, is honest, approachable, and seems to know his stuff (even for a novice like me). I would recommend him.

Kevin responded quickly to our request for a quote. We didn't hesitate to hire him. The work was well done, the entire team was professional, they cleaned up before leaving, and their prices were competitive. We are very satisfied!

I have dealt with Mr. Boudreau on two occasions and he has always kept his word. He has very competitive prices and respects the deadlines mentioned.
