I've been waiting for them since February to fix these defects… Cleanliness after work 2 stars: there are still shingles and nails in the gutters. There were nails everywhere… I even made a flat in my driveway… Finish 0 stars: I noticed some pretty significant defects after 3 years (see photos). After-sales service/warranty compliance 0 stars: 15 follow-ups since February, and no response.

Beware of this company; they are in court with many, many of their clients. And last I heard, they keep losing their cases.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 12 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Couvertures Therrien Pellerin. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
