  Do not do business with this company. When you politely ask (repeatedly) to move their vehicle because it's parked in a condominium driveway and blocking everyone, they talk to you like you're an idiot and refuse to park somewhere else… ridiculous and pathetic.

  After months of poor communication and half-hazard work, their team has left our roof and skylight project incomplete since September 2025. They are exceedingly difficult to contact and have had poor communication throughout the process. Since acquiring the wrong measurements for our skylights, they tried to install the wrong size but didn't ever finish. Also as they are too big for our opening, I can physically lift the window up off the roof as they are not properly attached. Since they told us they would bring back the correct size in the spring, we have been unable to get a hold of them. They also caused many damages to our property during the work, including completely ruining two air-conditioning units, damaging our walls when removing the skylights, leaving flammable materials leaking onto the roof, poorly installed coping and destroyed an electrical outlet among other issues. I am currently awaiting response from their company to come and complete the job, and am writing this review in hopes that someone from their team will finally contact us back, as well as address the many issues that their teams negligence caused. If I had not been physically able to get on the roof myself and document these issues throughout the process myself with dated photos, they were going to deny any issue. Also I noticed that my skylights weren't attached by going up there myself, no one from their team was ever going to tell me that they had messed up when measuring, and had never actually finished installing them.

  Nothing to do with their roofing service, but this morning when leaving my house I passed by their shop and a driver got out in front of my car with his cube van without ever looking, he cut me off completely, I had to pull into the shoulder to avoid him and then as they passed by me the two guys in the cube van were laughing at having almost hit me, what a bunch of idiots!

  We requested an inspection of our flat roof before winter. They came to our building to conduct the inspection, produced a report, and it's been about three months and ten calls since I've made, and I still haven't received it or heard anything. Now, winter is here, and I still don't know if my roof is in good condition.

  Foreman Frederic is very efficient and professional. Thanks also to management, Martin and Benjamin, who are very friendly. This was the second time we used them for roof repairs on our condo. Excellent work and a competitive price.

  A very positive experience with Actiplus Roofing. Philippe inspects the roof before providing a quote, so there are no surprises later. The Actiplus staff work cleanly and leave the site in good condition. Competitive pricing. Good team of workers.
