  I'm giving up on this company... after several attempts, I do not recommend doing business with them. It's very difficult to get a response, they don't keep their appointments, and they don't follow up when they don't show up. Despite having a complete flat roof project to offer them, I've had a roof leak for three years without any temporary solution. The only response after persistent complaints is... "Sorry, we're fully booked this year!"?! And this has happened two years in a row... I'm done supporting local businesses.

  Sorry, Mr. Grimard, but you're overlooking a major part of your problem in your story, which is against us and local companies. First, you should be supporting local companies; you're one of them, being the president of a company based in our beautiful city of Saint-Hyacinthe. Second, the roof repairs you made using TPO were done by a company from outside the city. We know this because we submitted a bid to have the roof repaired at the same time. As for your solution, if I were you, I would contact the previous owner to get the contact information for the contractor who did the work. Under the circumstances, it's out of the question to repair a roof that was done by someone else, only to have us assume future responsibility for it. We hope this information is helpful.   I called them for a job. Three weeks and four calls later, still no answer. The receptionist told me they would call me back. Finally, I received an invoice stating they came two days after my first call, without even calling me! And for the three weeks following the job, they didn't tell me it was done when I called. Also, in addition to the repair, I requested a roof condition assessment, which I never received.

  Hello Alex, we are sorry to hear about this situation. We are currently on vacation, but upon our return, a company representative will come in person to answer your questions. At this time, the only information I have is that you called for an emergency roof repair, as another contractor had done the work, because the roof was leaking at one of your tenants' properties. We explained that we do not provide quotes for service calls, but rather charge a travel fee plus the labor and materials needed to repair and seal the roof. The work was completed as you requested, and the roof is no longer leaking. So, in summary, please call us to schedule an appointment after August 3, 2020.
