  Two years ago, this company came to do my roof. During the job, the guys walked around and damaged my gutter guards, leaving a lot of debris in the gutters, which became clogged. Furthermore, they left many cracks between the joints, and water seeped in and ran down the front walls of the house. If I had to recommend a company, it would never be this one.

  May 10, 2022: Neighbor of a customer who chose this company. The employees (if you can even call them that) shout obscenities, blast music, and incite neighbors who complain to fight. It's just pathetic.

  Two years after having new shingles installed, I have ripples on the roof. The person in charge tells me it's not his fault, it's the fault of the plywood. Um... who put new shingles on plywood in poor condition?

  TOITURE 640 INC replaced my roof in summer 2019. During the following winter the roof was leaking. I called the company and their representative told me that the problem is caused by "ice dams" and that the warranty does not cover this issue. The contract I signed had indeed a warranty certificate on the back page including a clause (point 10) saying that the company is not responsible for damages caused by ice. I do not know whether this leaking is caused by roof installation deficiencies or by "ice dams." I would have appreciated that, BEFORE starting the roof replacement, the company representative warn me about potential water leaks and tell me what to do to avoid them. Moreover, roofing companies should make roofs that are waterproof - that is the whole point of their work. In February 2021, I had even a more important leakage. Now I have to redo my roof. TOITURE 640 INC provided a very bad service and is to be avoided.

  Municipal regulations prohibit work before 9 a.m. Work starts at 6:40 a.m. on a Saturday morning, waking up the whole family. They don't think about others.

  I am very satisfied with the work done by Toiture 640 for the complete renovation of my roof. The team was professional, respectful, and very efficient. The work was completed quickly, in just one day, and everything was perfectly cleaned up afterward. The result is impeccable, and I now feel confident with my new roof. I would also like to mention that about three years ago, when I wasn't yet able to have my roof replaced, they took the time to secure it free of charge, which I greatly appreciated.   Honest and professional service! I thought I had a roofing problem due to a leak, but Stéphane inspected everything meticulously and showed me that the problem wasn't coming from the roof. He clearly explained the source of the leak and advised me on the next steps, all without charging me a penny! His honesty, transparency, and professionalism deserve to be highlighted.
