  I'm really disappointed by the professionalism of one of your employees who came to a property where he'd previously lived, just to sneak a photo... It's a huge conflict of interest.

  Hello Ms. Larochelle, Please note that our mandates are assigned by your insurers and that the mandate is clear and precise. Our employees are only required to provide details regarding the claim. I believe that if there had been any discomfort, the homeowner present during the visit should have informed the on-site representative, which was not the case, even though the representative was present throughout the entire visit.   An employee made a mistake on the quotes; I'll keep her name anonymous out of respect. The owner has never apologized, neither to Aviva nor to me personally. Employees arrive without prior notice, like at 7:30 a.m. (Why not call and say there will be work tomorrow, etc.?). The worst service this company offers is painting (Parent & Filles, if I remember correctly; you really shouldn't be too picky about the work done). However, they do have a handyman who knows what he's doing! Personally, I don't recommend them.

  Mr. Fortin, I couldn't find your name in our records, but I will try to respond to your comment. Are you sure it was our franchise you worked with? Receiving a 2 out of 5 rating is detrimental to our online reputation, which we work hard to maintain! When a company like ours is hired by an insurance company to perform emergency work or repairs, the prices are dictated by that insurance company. We enter the materials, quantities, and labor required for the work into their system, and their system tells us the amounts they will accept. Then, we prepare the estimate using their system, and your claims adjuster must review and approve it before the work begins. If you have any doubts or concerns about the amounts, you can always contact your claims adjuster for a full explanation. You are also welcome to contact us directly for more information.

  I had a major water leak on a Friday morning, and by 4 PM that same day, they had taken care of everything: water testing, building plans, demolition, cleaning, and drying. True professionals and genuinely great people. I recommend them a thousand times over!

  Excellent service. We had water damage on a Friday, and by 8 a.m. on Saturday, they were already on their way to clean it up. In one month, our basement was completely renovated. The construction/repair service was top-notch. The guys were super friendly; they took the time to explain things to us and chat. Our wishes were listened to. Thank you!
