  The roof itself looks fine. However, the dumpster they parked in our driveway cracked two slabs of concrete, creating a much larger expense for us. The person answering phones said she cannot do anything about it and I needed to talk to a manager. I have left numerous messages over the course of a few months for the manager and I never receive a return phone call.

  So I work 60 hours a week I don’t have time to make a million appointments and have each one take a hour of my time so I made appointments for 2 pm your guy wouldn’t even quote me when I tried to explain he wouldn’t listen and said I have no respect for there time 6 other contractors understood tho every other company understood that I’m trying to get a quote from multiple places very unprofessional in my opinion scheduling multiple appointments same time might be a little silly but I gave each and every other contractor there time to talk to me everyone else went thru and gone by 3:30 I understand the roofing process to so I don’t need a massive break down

  Tweaking my review now that ive had time to sit with my interaction with the inspector and be hounded with follow ups. I have chosen not to use this company. The inspector was not interested in addressing the problem (gutters) called out for, and tried to turn his over priced quote into an additional 30k siding job, or a roof replacement on a home that just had the roof done. I've received numerous followups, and with each one I am convinced this company is suffering from admin bloat. Avoid like the plague unless you want high pressure sales tactics. I have received 2 additional gutter quotes that came in significantly lower than what Tittle has offered, while addressing other problems. -- original review below I have yet to have my appointment for an estimate, but the disorganization displayed to schedule a quote is phenomenal and raises serious concerns about the company. I may revise this review after the appointment comes to pass 1 request through the website has generated 3 calls to schedule an appointment going over the same exact info each time. Plus a 'reminder call' 5 minutes after the appointment was booked. For some reason I got a 4th call with no vm, called back and somebody tried to take /the same/ info again so someone else could call and schedule an appointment for an inspection... that has already been booked. The flyer sent to my home states they do concrete and gutters.. great. No reason for your call takers to get snippy when im trying to schedule concrete work that apparently yall don't do anymore. I'm starting to regret agreeing to let yall do a quote for the gutters

  I contacted Tittle Brothers Construction for an estimate on fascia, soffit, gutters, and cedar gable work. During the initial appointment, we discussed my project in detail, the salesperson took measurements, reviewed photos, and we talked through the repairs I wanted completed. While I was open to discussing additional projects in the future, my priority was receiving an estimate for the work I had requested. Throughout the visit, the conversation repeatedly shifted toward replacing my roof. I explained more than once that a roof replacement was not my immediate priority. I wanted to address the fascia, soffit, gutters, and cedar work first, and then consider the roof at a later time. A second appointment was scheduled for the estimate. When the salesperson returned, I expected to receive the pricing for my requested project. Instead, the conversation again focused largely on the roof, and I still wasn't provided with any numbers. Before leaving, I was told the estimate would be sent later that day. As of the following morning, I had still not received the estimate or even a text message or phone call explaining the delay. If more time was needed, a simple message would have shown professionalism and respect for my time. I also found it unusual that when I asked for a business card, one wasn't available. While that may seem like a small detail, it added to my overall impression of the experience. As a customer and a Detroit homeowner, I felt disrespected by the lack of communication and follow-through. My time is valuable, and I believe homeowners deserve clear communication, reliable follow-up, and the courtesy of keeping commitments. Unfortunately, after investing two appointments without receiving the promised estimate, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

  Thought they were honest but another roofer said a couple rusted nails that just needed pulled and patched. Roof was already newer. Its very hard to know who to trust anymore bc everyone doesn't want waste time with simple fixes anymore. …

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst contractor experiences I’ve ever had. I’d like to give negative ratings but 1 star is the minimum. I signed a contract based on a $2,800 quote. Instead of starting the project within a reasonable time, I was left waiting five weeks before anyone even showed up. To accommodate their schedule, I took a day off from work because they confirmed they would be starting my project. On the very morning they were supposed to begin, they called to say they had just gone to purchase the materials and the items were out of stock. Seriously? After keeping my project on your schedule for five weeks, you wait until the morning of the job to buy the materials? Any professional contractor would have ordered or secured the materials well in advance. This showed a complete lack of planning and respect for my time. I wasted an entire vacation day for absolutely nothing. After finally inspecting the property, they claimed there was additional damage and increased the estimate from $2,800 to $6,500 - more than double the original quote. Then, another two weeks later, they informed me that the crew assigned to my project had been fired. Their solution? Wait indefinitely with no estimated completion date. After making me wait a total of seven weeks, they refunded my money and simply walked away, leaving my project abandoned. Now I have to start from scratch - find another contractor, get new estimates, and delay my project even further. This entire experience has been a complete waste of my time, patience, and trust. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time, expect professionalism, or need a contractor who honors their commitments, be extremely cautious before hiring them. My experience was nothing but delays, poor planning, broken promises, and zero accountability.

  Avoid these guys at all costs. They botched a couple jobs a few years ago and it took them a year to finally make things right. I had serious flooding in my garage, as a result, for almost 8 months. Terrible company. They're lousy. Fast talk and big sales pitch. They don't stand behind their work.

  Old janky house looks respectable now! I was terrified to get my siding replaced. Lots of wood rot and water damage. I heard good reviews from this company and pulled the trigger. They where done in two days and I am a very happy customer. They even fixed my power line that was sagging low from a tree branch strike. Price seemed very reasonable as well.

  I have a small stain on my ceiling and Jesse was able to inspect my roof. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I will definitely be using this company for when it is time to replace my roof.

  I knew within 5 minutes of meeting Jesse I would be going with them for the roofing work. He put me at ease about some things other contractors were wanting to charge me thousands for, gave me a super reasonable quote for the work I requested, and pointed out some other things to be on the lookout for. Very thorough, professional, and out here to help homeowners with quality work! Highly recommend.

  I could not be happier with my experience using Tittle to replace the roof on my 100+ year old home. The sales consultant Chris was patient describing how he wanted to reengineer the venting on my home to make it more comfortable and energy efficient. Hire them with confidence.

  We had a complete roof tear off and replaced. Great customer service and very timely. Project manager Tom was outstanding and explained everything in great detail. He saw the job thru from beginning to end. We had a little damage and Tittle Bros stood behind their work and covered the cost of repairs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

  From the beginning of this project (sales/inspection) to the very end (installation/cleanup), we are very pleased! We didn’t run into one issue with any of it! The employees are great as well! I would 10/10 recommend Tittle for your new roof! And a bonus was that they were FAST! They first came out on June 30th to inspect and quote and started/completed the job on July 2nd! Thank you Tittle!!
