Spent over a week in discussion with Kroll to clarify specs of a $50K remodel project. Kroll surprisingly went absolutely silent-they then ignored multiple attempts to reach them by phone and email. ??????????? Can’t really fault Kroll on work they never did, but mystified by their behavior….

Good Morning Jay, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We love an opputunity to improve, especially when it comes to customer communication. I do see in your record though that since you were not the sole decision maker, we were waiting for some additional approvals in order to move forward with a contract and the project. If something has changed please feel free to reach out to us directly 734-422-4840.

Got some gutters installed...they don't drain very well and leak from the ends...poor quality of work

Don't believe their "free" financing. It's just a ploy to get their money up front and leave you holding the bag.

They are extremely overpriced for gutters (by 2-3x everyone else) and when you tell them no they keep harassing you. Had them come out a year ago to price out my gutters and since I didn’t go with their service they have called and/or …

I had my roof replaced in June 2025 and it looks great, and it hasn't leaked as of this review (01/31/2026). As part of the job, I opted for an upgrade that added Ridge Vents to improve the air flow. …

First, we want to thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the look and performance of your roof now. We apologize for the frustration you experienced with the ridge vent installation and the follow-up visit. We strive for a level of professionalism and accountability that unfortunately were not displayed properly by this installer, and he is no longer with our company. Your comments regarding communication and quality control have been shared with our management team and are being addressed as well. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you for choosing Kroll Construction, we hope to work with you again in the future.

Kroll contractor, Daniel, was sloppy, continually made excuses and lied about when he would show up to complete our kitchen. First, he did jackhammering without putting any kind of protection in place, so our entire house was coated in concrete dust. Then he walked away with out broom, left his tools at our house in the new cabinets, lost the clips for the cabinet shelves, said he would return on a specific date, didnt show up, didnt call, lied qgain when we became upset.. oh, and he wanted us to "leave a key" for him? Hell no!! Kroll is a disrespectful unreliable and unethical company standing behind this man and staying quiet. Even the owner wouldn't return phone calls or respond to texts since he already has his 38k for the completed job (financed), so why would they care? Don't do business with this company. We had hired them for 2 other projects that we didn't have to finance. It's sad that they treat loyal customers like this. We will never, ever do business with Kroll again.

We replaced our jacuzzi tub with a beautiful walk-in shower and Kroll’s did an exemplary job. We could be happier this after we had three other companies gave us a price. All the employees were the best from start to finish.

Just wanted to say thank you to Scott and the Kroll team of Abby, Heather, and of course the installer Chris. Fantastic job which exceeded my expectations. Called many other companies which was told they don't specialize or cant do what I was looking for, which was a specific design for siding. Found Scott at Kroll, which said no problem! The level of craftsmanship from the installer Chris was absolutely impressive since everything was made by hand. Every cut, angle, was spot on and looks great. If you want to deal with great people and care about detail, definitely reach out to Kroll. You won't be disappointed. Awesome job! Thank you again and God Bless.

Kroll did an exemplary job on a tub-to-shower conversion. They only took two days, and despite working from home, their work was minimally disruptive. The price was very reasonable and beat ReBath while offering many more options. And the results are amazing. I've waited 11 years to have this. Thank you!

Great experience, from have Chet come out and give a very honest and fair price. My wife and I had a lower estimate from another company but Chet sold us on the quality and depth of knowledge about the process. Kroll was on time each day they Worked on our gutters and the crew were outstanding very professional and personable. They cleaned up thoroughly when complete. If you need services Kroll is the way to go. My wife and I couldn't have made a better decision.
