  In fairness, I can’t speak to Titan’s actual work. However, I do know that through their door-to-door soliciting tactics, they pressured my elderly mother into thinking that she immediately needed a new roof. Instead of just leaving their card so that she could consult with her family, they convinced her to sign some form of agreement and they also immediately initiated a claim with her insurance. Thankfully I was made aware of the situation later that day, and, on my mother’s behalf, I notified Titan and their adjuster, Top Tier, to immediately cancel whatever she signed and to stop any insurance claim from proceeding. At the time of the cancellation, I requested that Titan send me an emailed confirmation of the cancellation of any work that they had solicited her for. I wanted to be formally certain that my mother was not bound by any agreement whatsoever... They have not complied with my simple request. I called their office to no avail. Thankfully I have a trail of emails & texts as documentation to protect my mother. I do not appreciate solicitors taking advantage of the elderly.

  Hello Erin, I took a look through your file and notes. Your comment about wrong material and being charged extra is 100% false and will legally be considered libel. Regarding the damage, your home was just hit by hurricane Debbie and we fixed your roof free of charge as a courtesy to you, since our contract specifically states that we do not cover hurricane damage. As far as the interior ceiling, once again our contract states that we do not cover hurricane damage.

  I will never recommend or use this company again for any roof work. The only pleasant experience was dealing with the office manager, Jennifer and the administrator Emory as well as Andres, the workers’ supervisor and the actual roofers.

  They where supposed to put on a new roof. They did but it leaked. It took forever to get them to come out and look at it. When they did they took a tube of silicon caulk and said they just had to recall the venting tubes. That did not work. …

  Sara the lady that came to my house for measure the roof was professional. She was patient and try her best to get me to do the business. Even matched the price of other quote i got from other contractors on top of that they lower their price just to get me sign contract on that day. I felt like it was a great deal. Now i just realized that they don’t really have work that’s why they craving me to sign the contract on the same day. When the start date come up it seem fishy since the beginning he told us that he will use Modified pitchmen for the siding roof so he called me that he will need to used other materials called “GACO ROOF” instead of modified pitchment. He said that they paint is really expensive for 5 gallon would cost 250 more expensive than modified pitchmen. You hear me right , change material on the work day. No way, how would you as consumer would know and would deny. And i think this is how he cut the cost. Please be aware.!!! People please do your homework before you make final decisions About 5-7 days i called after the first rain we got around 3rd of June that the gutter on the side falling from the attach lot , it doesn’t act like this before , call Sara for her to send someone to take a look at it right after that happen but no one show up. Not even responding **** better if you make sure that you give them finally bill that they did the job right. , get your documents ready because this guy not really good after he got your final Cheque**** 2nd attempted was on 27th of June finally got a called from Zac , he was really rude on his end. We just need someone to take a look at it but he won’t even let me finish my questions just hanged up. We tried to text again no response. I don’t think this company have a good ethic, people like them can promise everything nicely to you but we you mention something wrong with the roof and gutters that falling from their construction.   The whole process was handled professionally with communications roof inspection.Laurel was very helpful getting everything including working with my insurance co!
