  I had my roof replaced after hurricane damage, and while the final roof work itself was done well, I did experience several issues with transparency throughout the process. At the beginning, I was given an estimated price that was significantly lower than what I ultimately ended up paying. I was also told I would receive a certain cash-back amount based on my insurance proceeds, but the amount I actually received at the end was much lower than originally quoted. During the waiting period for my insurance settlement, the company came out several times to patch the roof after additional storms. I appreciated the help, but I was never informed that these visits carried extra charges. Those charges were only mentioned at the very end when we were discussing final pricing. Had I known these services were billable, I would have wanted that disclosed upfront. Overall, once I signed the contract, I felt locked into their pricing, terms, and a process that lacked clear communication. The sales experience at the beginning felt positive and straightforward, but the clarity diminished once the contract was in place, and costs changed in ways I did not expect. My advice to homeowners is to first work with your insurance adjuster, get your claim fully approved, and then shop around for multiple estimates before signing any contract. This gives you more visibility and control over pricing and reduces the risk of surprises later. The roof itself was completed correctly, but the communication and transparency throughout the project could have been much better.

  Service is beyond poor and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! Don’t trust them to do any work!

  Ricardo was fantastic. He came over to the house due to a leak issue that has stemmed from Hurricane Ian in 2022. He found the exact spot that needed to be fixed and was transparent on the price and the work it would take to fix it. His team found rotted wood, that they could have charged again, but fixed it up without overcharging. They finished the project within a day, and I will be using them for future projects if I have them.

  I needed to have my 20 year old roof replaced and Montana Roofing offered the best value and price. They were very professional throughout the entire process. Our project manager, David, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth install, clean up and inspection. I highly recommend them!

  They are the best company out there they provide best service ever from getting the insurance claim to getting your roof done they communicate everything even secretary would call you every 2 weeks to let you know what’s going on with your claim super friendly people recommend 1000 percent.

  I had a experience with Montana Roofing. Great Communication with Genesis, who was in the office. As well as had a great experience with their sales representative Carlos Millan. I would definitely recommend this roofing company if you need to have any repairs or replacements. Or anything done to your roof I recommend them highly also recommend Carlos for any other work around the house that you may need done.

  Montana Roofing is an honest and reliable Roofing company. Employee Juan is top notch. Professional, courteous, and efficient. Could have told us we had a damaged roof but instead upon inspection told us our roof was in great shape. If you have any Roofing issues definitely call Montana Roofing and speak with Carlos.
