Terrible customer service they don’t like to answer their phones or pay invoices. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over 4 months now. When I do get someone on the phone they tell me the office is located in Honolulu Hawaii

Hello, I think you have the wrong company. We don’t have a record of you as a customer and there is an Ohana Roofing in Hawaii as well. I think you’re either calling the wrong company or left a review on the wrong page. You can reach me on my cell if you need to discuss something with us (407) 773-2866. My name is Jenson and I’m one of the owners.

Ohana, meaning family, is exactly how I was treated with my re-roof in 2023. I purchased my home back in 2018 and had a Charley roof. In 2022, I noticed some water intrusion and Ohana Roofing came highly recommended, so I requested a …

I just had my roof repaired by Ohana Roofing. Not being local to the area, I needed someone I can trust to come perform work on my roof. After calling several roofers, Ohana came out, explained to me the work that needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote for the work being performed. Once completed, I was sent some before and after pictures of the work so I could see what was repaired and how it turned out. I will definitely use Ohana again for my future roofing needs.

I was told they would be there at a given time and they were there when they said they would. Everyone of the workers were professional and did a great job before the roof and after the roof. The roof makes the house look like a new house. Thank you Ohana for a great job. Thanks

Our metal roof came out perfect! Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. We had a hard time finding a company that would do a metal roof and Ohana Roofing was on top of it! Literally!
