Didn't clean up properly. Damaged AC line and expected me to cover the cost as it seemed deliberate on their end. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Poor communication, started 2 months late, materials set in yard over 3 weeks before work started. Sales rep argued that unprimed pine on exterior met building code - which is not code compliant. Overall a miserable experience

It's a poor company to do business with that employs poor business practices, in my opinion, and I felt people should know. They replaced our roof and the work was fine. We were told (repeatedly) that there was no out of pocket cost to us and the insurance payment (to include the deductible) would cover everything. 3 months after the work was completed they started calling saying we owed $900.00. No mention of this amount before then. They've continued to call and harass us about this for the past couple of months. To top it off they were in our neighborhood yesterday and stopped by to ask us about getting a new roof. My wife asked if it looked like ours needed replacement and was told "yeah it could probably use it". She then informed the man that's odd since his company just replaced it in September. Update: The company brazenly called my wife yesterday (05-10-24) and threatened to sue us for leaving a bad review and accused us of lying. Probably tells you all you need to know about doing business with them. Update: 08/01/2024 Received a letter from their attorneys today asking/suggesting for me to remove my negative review. I will not be doing so. I've also been contacted by another former customer (via Facebook) that had the same experience as I have with this company. According to this person, they contested the charge with the debt collector and the collection agency agreed they owed nothing and nullified the charges.

Titan was great through the process of replacing my roof. We experienced a number of delays due in part to the the volatile weather we have been experiencing in Arkansas and to the insurance adjuster not following through and apparently not understanding part of the roofing process. The Titan representative was professional and curteous throughout the process. The work crew was efficient and impressive as they worked to accomplish an amazing result in this humid 94° weather. The roof looks amazing and the finish work reflects the pride they take in their work.

The work was done in one day, very efficiently and beautifully completed. The work site was left immaculate. Cody and Justin were very attentive during the entire process, always available and willing to explain the whole process in detail until we understood everything clearly. We appreciated their professionalism. They represented Titan very well.

We initially started our roofing project with another company, but unfortunately they left us high and dry before the job was completed. That’s when William Rainey with Titan Roofing stepped in and completely turned things around. From day one, William was professional, responsive, and truly had our best interest in mind. He stayed by our side throughout the entire process, especially during the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and never gave up until we reached a fair settlement. Without Titan Roofing and William Rainey’s dedication, this project would not have been completed. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work, integrity, and commitment. I highly recommend Titan Roofing to anyone needing a company that will stand by you and get the job done right. M. Wade
