Wanted to use these guys on an insurance job on our house. He kept saying they would get us an estimate. We asked for one multiple times over 2-3 weeks. Never received one. Just shoot straight with people. Instead of wasting our time, have the common courtesy to just be up front and say you can't get to it.

I hired them to replace a roof. After several months of excuses, reschedules, and no call no show days, I got tired of messing with them and cancelled the deal. I'll find a professional.

Roof Raiders did incredible work on my roof and customer service was top-notch. When a small issue came up during the process, they were very helpful and worked with me to get it solved quickly. You can’t do better for roof replacement in NEA!

Our experience with Roof Raiders was top notch from the beginning. Jeff did a great job of explaining our options and my wife and I were both really happy with the price quoted, the quality of the materials, the work that was done, and professionalism of the entire Roof Raiders team.

Called about getting a new roof and Tanner Brady came that same day and had me in contract. He was very polite and attentive and went over everything with me and worked out a good deal. There crew came out a week later and did a great job and had it done in less than a day. Tanner came out and checked everything over and cleaned up nails and did a walk around with me. If you are looking for a good company these are the guys you should try and ask for Tanner Brady he did awesome!

Justyn Craig with RoodRaiders was recommended to us from a friend who used them here in Paragould. We recieved several quotes from other roofing companies but he was more knowledgeable by far and explained everything needed with several options and a warranty. Within a week we have a new roof! The workers started early, finished and cleaned up everything! After finishing Justyn came by and inspected it also. It looks great! Very pleased from beginning to end!

Great Company because of great people! We relocated from Chicago suburbs to Cherokee Village. We love it! Love our home and area! Needed some roof work per our trusted home inspector (Kevin Adams is awesome by the way if needed) and we were lucky to find Justin and his team of experts with Roof Raiders! We needed a membrane on about 25% of a low pitch area plus some chimney area work done. Justin and his team got the work done quickly and most importantly professionally! The chimney area is very custom and I inspected myself! I'm very impressed with the quality of work and sincerely thank Justin and his team! Eric made a great custom chimney metal cap and went above and beyond for me when I asked if he could use the paint I purchased separately to paint all the new flashing and his new cap along with the flute so everything matched perfectly! It does and we are very satisfied with the craftsmanship and quality of our roof work! We highly recommend Justin and his team at Roof Raiders! Jim & Liz Evans

Tanner and the Roof Raiders team just recently replaced our roof. What impressed me the most was how smooth everything went. They worked with me when my insurance changed my policy, did a great job and were so easy to work with. I had our roof replaced on our last house with another company and it was terrible, but Roof Raiders gets an A+ from me.

I have already had a good experience with them on an previous house and redoing the roof, so when I had some wind damage in a new home. I called in them in the morning, receptionist was helpful and nice, she told me someone would call and set up a time to come look at the damage. Tanner ended up calling me, and then text me saying he was on his way. He was able to take care of the problem fast and professionally. One less thing to worry about when people actually do the job they say they will do! Appreciate you all. Thanks!!

Roof Raiders exceeded every expectation. I contacted them about an active roof leak and they had someone (Justyn) at my house the same day for a free inspection. Justyn was fantastic — he sealed several leaks on the spot as a temporary fix, clearly explained the situation and my options, and got me on the schedule quickly for the full replacement because the flat carport roof leak could not be temporarily fixed. They completed the full roof replacement (including the flat carport roof) in just one day. The crew was professional, efficient, and did excellent quality work. Even after the job was finished, Justyn personally came back out to address a couple of small things I noticed. I’m extremely happy with the new roof and would highly recommend Roof Raiders to anyone in northeast Arkansas or southeast Missouri. Great company with great people! Thank you Roof Raiders for turning a stressful situation into a quick and simple solution! Special thank you specifically to Justyn—thanks for always texting me back promptly and for going above and beyond!

Justyn Craig came out to Paragould to give me an estimate on my shop roof. He was thorough and very honest about everything. He even invited me to climb up on the roof so he could show why it couldn't be repaired, explaining in great detail all my options, and what the work would entail. I am impressed with how professional he and all the staff were, and how fair the price was. I've recommended them to all my friends and family.

I had some shingles blow off my roof and needed a repair quickly. I called yesterday, received a quote, and the crew was out the very next day to complete the repair. The whole process was easy and professional from start to finish. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done quickly. I really appreciated the fast response and quality service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs.
