  Called to schedule someone to come look at installing / fixing some ceiling issues. never got a call back or email. Called back for a follow up and call got rejected. Not sure whats up with these places in jonesboro anymore but they're kinda lame now, but thats jonesboro ig.

  One of their people nearly caused an accident by passing in front of the car and turning right while I was turning right while turning out of Walgreens. Wouldn't call them for roofing jobs if they can't even drive.

  We are so pleased that we chose Roof X to replace our roof. First off, Russell was a pleasure to work with. Our insurance company denied our claim for hail damage. Russell worked diligently until he had the denial overturned. We are so grateful for his efforts! The actual product and installation were fantastic! The work began as promised. The crew was the most professional I've ever seen. The covered anything on our property that could possibly be damaged. The were extremely careful not to damage my landscape. They crew clean up better than I expected. They picked up all the loose material, used a rolling magnet to pick up any nails, and blew out driveway clean. I highly recommend Russell and his crew!!!

  We had a small leak in our roof from our chimney cap siding shifting down and were so worried the leak and the siding were going to be an expense to fix. Turns out it was a very quick fix thanks to Connor! He explained the issue in case we run into any other issues down the line and was incredibly helpful and fast. We appreciate this company as new home owners and their personable staff.

  Tyler has been an absolute delight to work with. He has made everything so much easier, he literally handled everything for me making it a stress free experience. He communicated with me on every step of the way, he answers the crazy questions I had at 7pm like it was no big deal. I will be recommending them to everyone! Every person I have spoke too has been nothing but kind.

  Roof X Solutions gave me a Wonderful new roof...it's so pretty and all the workers made the roof an easy situation!!! Russell who found the damage and helped me so much on what I needed to do ...like with insurance and explained every step forward...I sure couldn't have done right without him ...and the workers that did the roof..came and worked and left without any problems!!! I have told many people who did my roof and suggested to use Roof X Soultions!!!

  I want to commend an exemplary employee of your’s, for the great job and extra effort he put in, so I could get my roof replaced, due to damage resulting from 2 major storms. Russell went far beyond what any roofer I have ever dealt with would have done, and kept me in the loop most every day, as to how things were progressing with my insurance company. The insurance company wanted to put a few shingles up there for a patch job, but Russell, with codes to back him up, pulled a shingle, and sent it in for analysis, proving what he had thought, that that shingle was discontinued. He presented that to the insurance company, and they sent the same inspector back for another look. Even after that, Russell found 3 other issues that the insurance company was trying to get away with, and with additional pictures and codes, he got them OK’d also. Thanks to him,every little detail was addressed, whether the insurance company liked it or not. He fights for what is right for the homeowner. The roof has been replaced, and looks great. Thank You.

  Russell and the gang did a great job. Russell made dealing with the insurance side super easy and the work crews were very fast and real clean. I strongly suggest roof x. Will use again

  Service was second to none. Tyler came out and made the presentation without us being overwhelmed with info. After signing the contract with the company, the singles where delivered in two days and by the following week, well we have a new roof. The house looks so amazing with the singles that we picked out from a wide variety of options he had when he came to see us about possibly doing business with us. I’m glad that Melissa and I chose them to do the roof. We had several bids done by other companies and actually there was a company that was cheaper but I just didn’t feel comfortable with them doing the job. I chose this company due to their customer service and support with our needs and they are highly respected with me on their work that was performed in one day. A complete tear off and re-singled. Thanks Roof X for doing a fabulous and fantastic job.
