  They put a hole in the roof ...they cut our satellite disk for our cable ...they were very rude ...they were disrespect with our cameras almost broke one and !!lIED!! about when they made a mistake....

  We regret that you feel disrespected as we pride ourselves with great customer service and respect our customers dearly. We believe this might be miscommunication between the property owner and you for not communicating that we would be removing roof cameras/satellites as stated in our contract when installing a roof. This guarantees quality work and allows us to provide industry best warranty with our roof installation. We don’t recommend installation of cameras/satellites on roof top because they can lead to water leaks and early roof deterioration. As for the small hole in the ceiling, we promptly fixed the hole once it was brought to our attention. Thank you for your feedback, in the future we will work with property owners in notify the tenants of the various inconveniences they might encounter during a roof installation.

  People were very unprofessional, They made a hole n my roof and tried to say that hole was already there. And they brought there personal microwave and place on my glass door washer which they broke . They never said anything and left like that . And they cut my direct tv cord without even asking me or my landlord . In all not someone you want working on your roof .

  They made a hole on the roof top and did not own their mistakes. They also cut off the satellite dish. They’re so disrespectful with my property that they didn’t tell me about messing up my cameras.

  Had a great experience with this roofing company. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and did a really good job. They answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole process easy. The metal roof looks great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great quality work.

  Ramon and his workers did an amazing job on our roof. They were on time every day and got it done quickly and left no mess behind. If you are looking to get your roof done we highly recommend Ramon and Tinoco Roofing. You won’t be disappointed!

  Used Tinoco Roofing for a leaking roof. From quote to repair was only about 3 days, so they are very responsive. I waited to post after the heavy rain and snow that just passed. No leaks and everything seems fine. Also, there’s a two year warranty on their repairs. Would recommend.

  I was referred over to Ramon Tinoco for my roof leaking. He came right away, and brought a tarp to make sure no more water damage occurred. Once the rain stopped, he was back to install a new roof right away. Got it done in one day. Brought a great crew. Everyone was very friendly and worked hard. Ramon was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job. 5 Stars!!!
