We had our 16-year-old roof checked to find out if it needed a full replacement or just regular roof maintenance. The roofing team arrived on time, looked everything over carefully, and gave us pricing for both options. They let us know the roof was still in good enough shape for maintenance only since there were no leaks or major issues. Several months later, we reached back out to move forward with the maintenance service, and they honored the earlier quote. We also needed an old roof deck section removed because it was in poor shape. Calvin and the crew did an excellent job with the roof deck tear-off and handled the work smoothly from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and respectful of our property, and they cleaned up all debris when the job was done. We really appreciated their honest roofing inspection and the fact that they did not push a full roof replacement when a maintenance plan made more sense. It is hard to find a roofer that is this straightforward, reliable, and fair. We will definitely keep using them for future roofing work and upkeep.

Replacing my roof shingles felt overwhelming at first, but Gladiator Roof's Fontana made the whole roofing process clear and easy. Robert was already working on a nearby roof in Fontana and took time to explain what to expect from start to finish. He suggested I begin with an inspection through my insurance company, then go over the findings with him. After reviewing the report, he pointed out a few important roofing details that had been missed and handled those issues himself. He also walked me through the paperwork and photos I needed for HOA approval, which made everything much less stressful. On installation day, the foreman arrived early and started protecting my landscaping, driveway, and surrounding property before the crew got to work. Soon after, the roofing team began removing the old shingles and installing the new roof system with impressive speed and care. They worked like a well-organized crew, stayed focused the entire time, and paid attention to every part of the job. By early afternoon, the project was finished, the cleanup was spotless, and my home had a beautiful new roof with no debris left behind. Robert showed real professionalism, strong roofing knowledge, and respect for his crew throughout the job. It is rare to find someone who communicates so well, understands the insurance side, and still delivers high-quality workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone in Fontana who needs shingle replacement, roof repair, or a full new roof.

Robert and Wyatt, along with the rest of the crew at Gladiator Roof's Fontana, were great to work with during our new roof installation. They kept communication clear from start to finish, explained the roofing timeline in simple terms, and gave us regular updates on materials, progress, and the next steps. The roof was completed very quickly, and they even adjusted the schedule so our new gutters were installed before the rainy weather came through. I really appreciated their professionalism, careful workmanship, and patience in answering all of my questions about the shingles, flashing, and overall roofing process. Everything went smoothly, the job site was handled well, and the finished roof looks excellent. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them for any roofing project.

Gladiator Roof's Fontana did an excellent job installing my new roof and shingles from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, with clear communication, solid follow-through, and great customer service the entire way. After the roofing work was completed, I noticed a small item in my yard had been damaged, so I let Wyatt know about it. I only expected a simple acknowledgment, but he went above and beyond and came back shortly after with a brand new replacement he personally picked up after seeing my message. That kind of care, accountability, and pride in roofing service really stood out to me. It showed a real commitment to quality work, customer satisfaction, and building a long-term relationship. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the professional way everything was handled. Great roof work and a job very well done.

From Robert in operations to Wyatt the foreman, along with the field team and office staff, everyone stayed attentive and focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. They explained each step of the roof repair and installation process, kept us updated on the progress, and made sure all our questions were answered. The crew maintained strong safety standards, kept the job site clean, and showed great care for our property during the entire project. Their attention to detail and solid roofing work gave us confidence in the finished result. We highly recommend this roofer and plan to use them again soon for other roofing needs in Fontana.
