  CRT was referenced by our home owners insurance for a roof leak. They texted me after 2 weeks of my service order filed with the insurance. The text said that they can be out to my place in another week between 8-12 and would only need 5 minutes. I asked if they could come the week before anyday, anytime. The follow up text said the following “ Everyone is backed up. We had a schedule before rains and it’s been raining every week. I can transfer you to another vendor and you’ll be put at the back of their queue. Please advise. We cannot accommodate everyone’s personal schedules.“ So I responded back stating, “ So what do you accommodate. Scheduling is just about that right, finding a fit between 2 parties. It is both sides that have to come together.” The person then texted back to me stating that I am rude, unprofessional and just went off the handle for no reason. This is not the way to talk to a customer and I was simply asking a question based on his initial response. The person was unprofessional, abusive. I would never use this company and would advise everyone else to do the same. Their negative attitude and very unprofessional approach is super evident from their responses and I need not elaborate. Please don’t use them at all.

  Very happy with the roof installation, I had received 3 other quotes and felt CRT was the better option for me. Job was completed as proposed. CRT took care of the inspections before and after no problems or delays. Top quality materials were used and price was not the cheapest but fair. I would use them again.

  Cool crew.had me off loaded in less than an hr 8pallets.They off load from the street. I parked overnight on a Sunday however they have signs saying no truck parking on street. I had no issues. They start arriving at 6am. I checked in at 6:30 to give them time to set up.

  LOOK NO FURTHER! Excellent work and they go up and above with customer satisfaction. We have used them personally and professionally. Their many years experience shows in every detail. We are not easily impressed and only work with the best for our clients and ourselves. Thank you CRT Roofing!

  For truckers/delivery: It’s a street unloading (no dock, no ramp) and early am delivery (6-7)however they have forklift to unload and 2 man power inside the trailer to tailgate the products with pallet jack. If you (driver) help to watch the traffic will be great. All the crews are nice. George was the one in-charge when I showed up. The building from the front look like a house/residential.

  The wind blew my roofing off over the weekend I called CRT on Monday morning and talked to Lorenzo he got me a price and they showed up on Wendsday morning on time and took care of everthing, roof was complete Saturday morning just in time to beat the rain on Saturday afternoon. Great price and very professional job. If you need a roof these are your people.

  I want to express my appreciation for Chris, the technician who came to fix my AC today. Even though the issue was small, Chris was incredibly thorough and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly. To my surprise, he didn’t even charge me for the service!
