  I had an excellent experience with Tim The Roof Guy and Parker. I called Tim yesterday and he quickly connected me with Parker who scheduled an inspection for around noon today. Parker called ahead to let me he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He carefully inspected the area I was concerned about and found the roof was ok but nailed several nails had started to pull up. He secured the nails and applied caulking to help prevent them from coming up again. Parker inspected the entire roof and gave me a straightforward assessment of the roof condition. He explained that the shingles are in good condition and should last another couple years although there's significant granule loss on the back portion of the roof that I should keep an eye on. I really appreciate that there was no pressure and no attempt to sell me a new roof that I don't need. Tim The Roof Guy will definitely be the first company I call. Highly Recommend

  I had a small leak in my roof just as all the really bad weather was getting started. Parker came out within 24 hours of my call and inspected the roof and the attic to determine the source of the leak. He fixed some exposed nails and that solved the leak. I'm so grateful & relieved to have this taken care of!

  I started having a leak from the roof after the heavy rains yesterday. I called Tim the roof guy and got an immediate response. Parker arrived early that morning and was able to isolate the problem and fix it without it costing a fortune.
