  Last week, G Pro Exteriors KangaRoof was doing a roofing job on my street. Their crew parked vehicles directly across from each other, creating a narrow and difficult space for cars to pass through. The next morning, my tire pressure light was on. I took my car to the dealership, where they found a roofing screw lodged in my sidewall. I had to leave my car there, get a rental, and pay to have the tire patched—fortunately, I didn’t need a brand new tire. I called G Pro Exteriors KangaRoof to let them know this likely resulted from debris left behind by their crew. The woman who answered the phone didn’t apologize or express any concern—she just said, “I don’t know what you want me to do.” When I calmly asked if they had any protocol in place for keeping the construction area and street clean, she hung up on me. Accidents happen, but how a company handles those situations speaks volumes. The lack of accountability, professionalism, or even basic courtesy was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them!

  This company took out fascia board and refused to replace and the rep That came out was rude and refused to replace the fascia.Also it took them months to do the repairs when they got there deposit at least 5 months to even start the repair. Had a few companies come out and they said what poor work this company did.

  This company may or may not do an excellent job to that I can not say. But as far as their salesmen Brian and Scott goes I can say that they are Very unethical .I would go so far as to say they prey on the elderly. Three people from GPro tricked my 82 year old Mother into signing a so called contract with them to have her roof,siding,gutters replaced. She told him at the time that she had no intentions of having her siding replaced . He thought because she had insurance money he could force her into replacing it. She has told him many times she has no intentions of having the work done by them,he continues to call & tell her she can't let anyone else touch her house or she will have to pay him anyway. She told him within the 3 day cancellation period that she wasn't going to use him,that's when he informed her she had no choice. Of course she doesn't have money for an attorney,so I will be calling the attorney general next.

  After a heavy rain I noticed a water spot on my ceiling and immediately started calling around for someone to come out. Kanga Roof came out the next day and inspected my room. Jon was honest and professional informing me that at the roof was still in good shape and the issue was likely to be the result of caulking wearing out. He quickly re-caulked and made sure everything was secure. I appreciate and value this type of promptness and honesty when dealing with home repairs. I would highly recommend Kanga Roof for your roof issues. UPDATE I have not only continued to use GPro Exteriors but can still attest to their reliability and honesty. Jon has came out on two occasions giving me honest advice instead of trying to sell me like most companies would do. I trust nobody more than GPro for my roofing needs.

  Jon is a great person to deal with. He is very professional, helpful in every way and very patient. When the roof was completed, he inspected it closely and made sure all roofing nails were picked up around the house. I highly recommend Jon at G Pro Exteriors/Kangaroof!

  If you are looking to have your roof inspected and/or replaced G Pro Exteriors is 1000% the company to use. They are efficient, timely, and the price was unbeatable. I promise you won't be disappointed. Call them TODAY!!! For reference, I am a realtor and needed a roof replaced as part of a contract negotiation. They beat 5 other quotes and replaced to roof within a week (maybe less) of when the quote was accepted. What do you have to lose? At least call and get the quote!!!
