We had John out for an estimate on a Friday and it took 4 days to get it when he said he would have it by Monday. We asked him for a 2nd estimate and it's been a week and a half and still no estimate. Doesn't answer calls or text. He said he was going to Cleveland for a few days to see his father but that's been a week ago. Very terrible communication. We would not recommend his company.

David was doing work across the street and I asked a favor for him to fix a long time issue on our roof. The issue ended up being even bigger than though. Hundreds of dollars wasted on other people that didn’t fix our issue and lied. The issue is totally fixed now and done correctly. Super class act and very accommodating

John was absolutely amazing. He did exactly what he said he would do for exactly what he said it would cost. Very professional company that I would feel extremely comfortable recommending to anyone I know. Peak replaced my entire roof and did a fantastic job!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Peak Roofing & Siding. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
