  Beware of this Company my roof the job has been pending for last 1 year, after many reminders and calls they failed to reply, promises not fulfilled, dont become their hostage by signing any contracts, you can call the insurance company and ask for a cash settlement, and get the work done by yourself.

  I had my roof replaced by Tiltop 7 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Last year, several shingles came off during wind storms, and I contacted Tiltop in September 2025 to request repairs under the warranty. Despite multiple follow ups over the past 4 months, the repairs still haven’t been completed. Instead of addressing the warranty work, they tried to upsell me on a full roof replacement for an additional $7000. The lack of responsiveness and support has beyond disappointing. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend Tiltop to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

The delay was due to municipal restrictions that do not permit roofing work during winter months due to heavy snowfall, which is beyond our control. The $7,000 quoted was for replacing your old roof, which was the root cause of the shingle issue, not for the warranty work. As a gesture of goodwill, we completed the warranty repairs at no additional charge. We value your trust and look forward to serving you in the future.

  They gave me one day notice when I was not available (they told me they will gice 48 hours notice). I told them multiple times to leave the property and i do not want them there, but they refused to leave.

  Hey Abdullah, we dont schedule projects based on client availability since we do not need access to the inside of the house and we do not require your presence at home for the installation of the roof. We have a high volume of clients that are scheduled by our software based on order they were recieved. When your scheduled date is assigned we cannot change the date because you are not available that day. This can cause delays for all other clients in queue and result in a poor experience for everyone. To keep things running smoothly we stick to our generated schedule and carry out projects as assigned. We hope you’re enjoying your new roof and can understand why we continued the project that day.

  This company is a fraudster, Ali promises professional work and cant deliver. He has a bunch of unprofessional workers who bring their kids to the site. They left my roof uncovered and rain damaged it over night. Very poor service do not go with them

  This seems to be a fake/spam review as none of the incidents mentioned match with the services we provide. We have also searched through our records and cannot locate you as a client. Please remove this review as it misleads potential clients. This kind of sub-par work that you have mentioned is exactly what we protect our clients from by performing drone inspections and physical inspections before and after the work is completed. We aren't satisfied until you are and this is why we excel at providing world class customer service to all of our clients and would never leave a job site exposed over night since we pride ourselves in always finishing projects within 1 day :)

  Excellent service from the Tiltop team, I dealt with Aslam and he was extremely helpful with any questions I had. He kept in contact from the initial inspection leading up to the finished project. Roofing team was in and out before the end of the day- very clean and efficient installer team. I would recommend the team to friends and family needing any work done.
