Met an estimator for a small repair project and got a reasonable quote. Estimator was great and told me they can execute the job on the weekend. Was looking forward to it. I messaged a few times on the Friday and the Saturday to follow up on date and time, got repeatedly told “the weekend” and then proceeded to get ghosted. No one showed up and no message in response. Then they called me to rebook, only to ghost on the day again lol a waste of time

Hi Monica, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating it must have been for you. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be looking into what happened to ensure it doesn’t happen again. If you're still interested in getting the job done, please feel free to reach out directly, and we’d love to make things right.

After doing my due diligence, including reading these reviews, I still ended up with a siding contractor that was unreliable, unprofessional and did a really poor job on my house. The quality of work was terrible with very little attention to detail. (Silver screws on black siding is just one example) I've given up on chasing them to fulfill their agreement and have had to hire another company to fix all their mistakes. If you take pride in your property, do give these guys any of your hard earned money. You will regret it as I have unfortunately.

My father recently had LA Aluminum do some work at his home. He is not tech-savy, so he insisted that I help him write this review. My fater was extremely happy with the results and the service that was provided by the crew. He said he would definitely recommended LA Aluminum to others.

Called LA Aluminium Siding & Soffit to fix some damage due to pesky squirrels pushing in my soffit to gain entry to our attic. Promptly Ben came over and looked over what needed to be done to repair the soffit, small job Ben understood the importance of fixing it before it became a bigger issue. Within a short time LA reached out to me with a fair quote. Within a few day the LA boys showed up on time as agreed and completed the job quickly and professionally. Tidy and my soffit looked as if the squirrels had never existed in my attic. Highly recommend LA Aluminium Siding & Soffit fair prices, fantastic Customer Service, quality workmanship and all round good people. So refreshing to see Service people living up and showing up to their promises. Well done LA! When the need arises for your serveses I would not hesitate to call again. Definitely will refer anyone needing Siding & Soffit work done to them

Jim and his team changed out all the aluminum gutters, down spouts, eves troughs, flashing, and facia, around my home in Milton. They are outstanding! Their workmanship is top shelf, with keen attention to detail (like ensuring black screws anywhere the screw might be visible against black aluminum). Jim is communicative, very professional, honest, and straightforward. The work was delivered on time (they even worked Part of the Easter weekend to ensure they kept schedule) to spec, and at the price we agreed upon. It never changed. If you need exterior Aluminum work completed Jim (and the Team at LA) are the folks to work with. Great work Lads!

La Aluminum-Soffit and Siding promptly fixed the fascia on the upper part of my house that had flown off and it looks great. They made sure it matched the rest of the trim. They also replaced water downpipes that were missing and made it look great. We really appreciated their expertise and work
