Dylan is such a nice guy, and I was so pleased with the entire experience. Communication was amazing; he was always prompt to respond. The roof was installed in one day! The quality of the work was excellent. The workers were courteous, quick and efficient. They cleaned up so well afterwards that you wouldn’t have known they had been there. If you want an honest contractor with reasonable prices and 100% satisfaction, look no further.

After 20 years tropical storms, hurricanes, and general wear & tear, it was time for a new roof. Ridge lines and vents were a mess. I'm wary of these traveling roofers who claim hail damage - I do not know them. I needed someone I could …

We went with a tile roof for our place in Sun City and couldn't be happier. Dylan explained the pros and cons compared to shingles, he never pressured us, and let us make the decision. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up every day before they left. Should've done this years ago

We bought a fixer-upper in Bluffton last year and the roof was one of our biggest concerns. Dylan came out, walked us through everything that needed attention, and didn't try to upsell us on a full replacement when repairs would do the job. That honesty earned our trust. When we do need a new roof down the line, we're calling them first.

Tillotson Roofing Solutions is the perfect blend of southern hospitality, highly skilled professionals, and reasonable prices! If you want dedicated and personalized services, they have you covered. They were super responsive, provided a consultation, and fixed my mom’s roof in a matter of a couple of days. She has had no issues with her roof since that time. I always worry about price gouging and my mother being taken advantage of with services, but I didn’t get that impression from them at all. It’s hard to find good quality work that you trust nowadays, but that is what you get with Tillotson Roofing!

Tillitson replaced our entire metal STEEP roof and even helped me select a new color! They knocked it out SO fast, left zero mess and were incredibly professional. I absolutely loved working with Dylan. I’d happily hire them again if I ever had the chance!

We had our shed roof redone, it was an old build and needed the touch up from shingles with overgrown moss, etc. We have an adjacent small lean-to that desperately needed some love and that was taken care of as well! Awesome work, came back …

Honest, High-Quality Work at a Fair Price – Bluffton, SC We found Tillotson Roofing while researching local companies and were reminded of them when they did a great job on our neighbor’s roof. After getting multiple quotes, Dylan stood out from the start—he was genuine, very responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge of both roofing and business gave us total confidence in our choice. His crew replaced our full roof in just one day, including a few spots that needed new plywood. They added high-quality shingles and clean, professional-looking drip edge (which we didn’t have before), and the materials were noticeably better than what we saw from other companies. The quote came in on the lower end of the bids we received, but the quality and service were top tier—great value all around. The crew was efficient, respectful, and left our property spotless. They even moved things away from the house in the morning and put everything back exactly as it was. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Tillotson Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, reliable roofer in Bluffton, SC!
