Whenever I call, JP answers. I am a property manager in the multi-family industry and all 19 of our roofs need a little TLC. His quotes are very detailed so you know what you are paying for, and he gets you on the schedule quickly. Prices are fair and I haven't had to have him come back for any completed work. I highly recommend.

JP Jr and his crew will certainly exceed even the highest of expectations! His work is exceptional, his costs are very competitive and reasonable, and he is extremely knowledgable, patient, and takes time to explain the situation and his solution. Without hesitation, I would call JP Jr again for any work I needed performed and will recommend him to everyone I can. See details of my story and experience below: During last weeks storm, I noticed wet spots appearing on the ceiling in my master bathroom. Sunday morning I began searching for a local roofing company to assess my home and suggest any repairs which may need to take place. This is when I first learned of JP Contractors Inc. Keep in mind, it was Sunday and I fully expected to reach a voicemail to leave my name and number in hopes of receiving a call back on Monday. However, JP Jr. answered the call, listened to my situation, and took down my address saying he would come by to take a look. JP Jr. arrived and quickly identified the suspected cause of the water intrusion - a bad boot on a vent. After climbing through the attic to view the damage from inside, he launched a drone to view it from above taking pictures and explaining his suspicions to me the entire time. As he was leaving he promised he'd send a quote over for the repair and I received that quote Sunday evening. I just want to "foot stomp" this point, on the weekend JP Jr. not only came to inspect my roof but took time to provide a quote on the same day! I quickly reviewed the quote and approved the workorder and JP Jr. scheduled the work for his first available time slot. Despite uncooperative weather in the area, JP Jr and his crew arrived as promised and quickly performed the repair. From the time I called him Sunday morning until Thursday evening as I write this review, I have been nothing but impressed with JP Jr and his crew. JP Jr. is a true professional and his passion for his work and customer satisfaction is evident from the very firs
