  Worst roofing company ever they over charge and pay scraps to the workers actually doing the job these people are extremely unfair with the workers specially Luis he takes extreme advantage of the Latino workers

  Work quality on the roof was good but the accounting department is a disaster. Not worth the headache of dealing with them post installation

  Absolute garbage. Do not use these guys. They did a very subpar job and damaged the siding then when the house went up for sale they denied that they caused the damage so now out of pocket $1000 to fix the problem they caused!!!!

  Sorry you feel this way Dave, we came out the same day we were called and was very professional, we looked at the area of concern that you pointed out to us, that you thought was damaged siding or that had "glue" on it. However it was just dirt on the siding. It is Jan 27, 2021. We roofed this house for your mom on Oct 6, 2020. Again we came out the same day we were contacted and was prepared to make any correction that we may have caused.

  Roofcrafters in Blufton has published my phone number instead of their number on Yelp for years now. I get constant calls so I'm guessing they're losing business because of it. They've been told about over and over and yet never fix it.

  Failed to replace rotted wood, refused to repair broken well pipes damaged by their workers. Found hole in the roof, they are refusing to acknowledge. Pulled permit 9 days after the job was completed, refuse to have the county come and inspect the roof. Found roofing nails inside of home and missing items. Refuse to identify workers. Hole in area of chimney, now mold has developed from the water coming into the house. Sent logan out to troubleshoot and now refuse to anwser calls or strip the roof to see what defects are there. As per their workers the old flashing can stay its an old house....

  Good price and nice people but this is the second time in less than 6 months that they had to come back out for leaks it's great they come fix them but doesn't help with the water damage that my ceiling is getting exposed to

  The crew removed a Starlink antenna and repaired damage created from the installation as well as wind storm damages. They were prompt, professional and diligent throughout the extreme heat! Will use again if needed!

  From start to finish, the Integrity team gets five stars. Anthony responded very quickly to my call to replace an old skylight with a new Velux product. He’s clearly an experienced professional as is the team that installed the skylight afterward. The Integrity guys were friendly and communicative, keeping me informed along the way. I’m very pleased with whole process and recommend this company whole-heartedly.

  We couldn't be happier with our experience with this company. Great communication before, during and after the installation of our roof. The crew was fast and professional; cleanup occurred each evening, along with a final cleanup and inspection. We would highly recommend IRS.

  Mitch Owens came over to assess my roof. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and showed me photos he took. I have architectural shingles, and they are still in good condition. Although I don't need a new roof now, I will definitely call RoofCrafters when I do.

  Roofcrafters did an outstanding job a few years ago adding a TPO covering on my flat roof section. Now my chimney caps had rusted out and it was time to change them. I called Roofcrafters and they were happy to come out and look. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and would make them out of aluminum and stainless steel. They came out and replaced them. Pauley did a great job and even caulked an extra area that needed it without any additional cost. I was very happy with job and extra care putting the caps on the chimney. They looked great too and matched the old ones very closely. I would recommend using them again.

  Anthony was quick to respond to my call after I noticed a leak in my roof. He identifed and fixed the problem area and recommended maintenance. He provided a very professional video quote that explained all the issues, with pictures. I highly recommend calling Roofcrafters and Anthony.
