  Horrible customer service skills. Very dishonest and will lie about the prices of material and work. Do not use!

  Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with our team member. After carefully reviewing the matter with our team member, we have determined that nothing erroneous was performed on our behalf. Context: as is very common in our trade, and as is stipulated in all of our service contracts, at a "point of sale", a discrepancy arose regarding "unforseen carpentry" costs. Regretfully, no resolution could be amicably reached in the matter. Our team member did nothing wrong in exercising his option to walk away from the negotiations. * to be clear, no sale took place. We were in negotiations of a contract* We pride our self in contractual transparency. A team member walking away from a deal is not dishonesty, it is wisdom, wisdom in knowing what to avoid. We are sorry we could not reach an agreement to a deal. We want to thank you for giving us an opportunity to provide you with our free estimate and want to wish you the best going forward.   Audrey Fletcher, so sorry to hear about your complaint. The"extra" carpentry invoices are very common for roofing trade in South Florida. Our contract made that stipulation very clear. In any case, we are sorry that our attempt to seal an ongoing roof leak transition bwt the new (Bitumen Tar System) and the existing (Ceramic Floor Tile Balcony system) has been unsuccessful. Several attempts were made to topically seal the ceramic floor tile. It is our opinion that the balcony floor tile is showing clear signs of aging and should be looked at by a flooring contractor.   I posted a bad review today and Tiger and son managed to remove my posting somehow. I had my roof and balconies redone. The roof was done properly but the balconies did not pass final inspection because the owner Tiger selected the wrong materials. He was argumentative and tried to make me give him an additional $2600 to repair his mistakes. It was the worst customer service and it took almost 2 years for him to finally abandon the job and leave me with a job that could not pass inspection. Also the job was very messy, they broke my pavers, fence, dripped tar on my walls and left nails all over the ground which punctured my foot and required a tetanus shot. Attached are photos of the balconies which are uneven, a tripping hazard and did not pass inspection. Tiger claims to be a Christian but his work ethic does not reflect that at all, including removing my previous post!

  I recently had my shingle roof replaced by Tiger & Son Roofing. The process itself was very smooth. I communicated with Mauricio and Fernanda throughout the process. They were very thorough and helpful. Mauricio is extremely knowledgeable on roofs and took the time to answer my numerous questions. They replaced several fascia and soffit boards that were rotted. The team at the job site were professional, clean and organized. Just overall great work. Extremely happy with my decision to go with them.

  Tiger and Son Roofing were excellent in sealing the leak in my roof and for doing preventative maintenance. They were very fast and efficient in terms of coming out to do the initial assessment, providing a quote, and beginning work. I would recommend them to friends and family in the area that need roof work completed.
