Use your signal next time. Careless truck on the road 8/21 at 7:05 pm. Wouldn't want this company to do my housing if they dont have safe drivers

Thank you for your feedback. We are very conscientious of safety on site as well while driving. We strive to provide excellent roofing services. I will address our driving habits on Monday morning at our weekly safety meeting. After more research rhe taillight is out so we were able to address the issue For future please call a company directly to resolve your valid concern instead of trying to destroy a company's reputation with a 1 star review when you have never interacted with our company. This company and it's entire team work tirelessly everyday to provide excellent workmanship and customer service I hope you would considered removing your review Thank you again for your time and consideration

After loads of research BMG offered the best price for the same material and had good reviews. I paid the down payment in April 2024 and was told 6-8 weeks for delivery and construction. In July approximately 90 days later materials were …

Thank you for your feedback-I would like to answer. First off, we have discussed with our team the importance of keeping the workspace clean. As for timing we try to be as accurate as possible, but we also advise we have no control over the permit turnover by the city and weather. Unfortunately, the city took longer than normal which threw us right into rainy season. I thoroughly discussed with you that it would be better for us to wait to open your roof until my metal installers were caught up, as they were behind due to rain as well. We did not want to cause unnecessary or possible interior damage from the excessive rain we have been getting, as well as we would not want to leave large rolls of metal in your driveway, as it would be not only a hazard but inconvenient. Miguel was in constant communication with you the whole time because the rain was the main reason for delay. As for the pile of trash, we were working whenever we could with sun and my crew left the pile in an area away from your walkway and driveway again to not inconvenience you, per your photo; and when you advise us of the issue we were there in an hour to take care of it. The molding that came off we also addressed and did not say we wouldn't fix it; we advised you may want to have it looked at due to the photo you sent us showed a lot of rust and cracks and it might be worth checking into before we just cover it up. As soon as we completed the roof we sent you a video of the whole roof clearly showing there was nothing on the roof, not crooked panels please review your video again. That day actually you told me verbally and in text with Miguel that you loved the roof-not sure how now it looks like a child installed it. As for the gutters-our contract states and highlights if the homeowner does not want us to remove and discard the gutters they will have to have them removed before we begin work at the homeowner's expense. You had apparently just had then installed and asked us to plea

Excellent every step of the way: Vinny and the office were great with communication, consultancy, timeliness, follow up, attention to detail; crew was hard working, professional, considerate of property and surroundings. Most importantly - the roof was done quick, inspector said they do great work, and our new metal roof looks AWESOME!

Hey Vinny, You and your crew were really great and from the initial call , the experience could not have been more organized and professional . You constantly let me know what was going on and what to expect. 5 stars for that. One issue. You quoted me $2,450.00 and said you thought it would be around a days work for two men. In fact, Hairo arrived right when you said he would ( 9AM) and I had an appointment at 10AM over in east Boca, so I had to leave shortly after he and his helper arrived. When I returned right around 11:45AM, they had left the premises . So, for basically two and a half hours work , that works out to be $1000.00 +/- an hour. Seems maybe a tad expensive !!!! Next time I call you guys, lets plan on a time and material price basis . I still plan on recommending BMG to my fiends . Thanks for the quick response Vinny. BTW.....I paid the invoice in full just prior to writing this memo. Good luck to you and your company . Joe Whelan
