It took 3 separate visits and 2 different crews to complete tear down. Communication was poor. They eventually did complete the job and roof looks great.

T&S did an excellent job with our roof repairs. We were not sure whether the roof needs to be changed and if so what options were available. Ralph met with us and discussed the pros and cons of metal and tile roofs but also noted that we just patch the leak area. We opted to have the leak patched. The administrative staff (Alejandro Ayala) was prompt in scheduling the appointments and communicating the info to us. The crew were professional and did an excellent job with the repairs. We will certainly call on T$S for any roofing needs in future and highly recommend their services to others

Thank you, Vish, for the thoughtful review. We’re glad our team could walk you through the options and help you choose the repair that made the most sense for your roof. Our goal is always to provide honest guidance rather than recommending work that isn’t necessary, so we’re happy the patch solution worked well for you. We’ll also pass along your kind words to our administrative staff and crew—they’ll appreciate hearing that their communication and professionalism made a positive impression. Thank you for trusting T&S Roofing, and we look forward to helping you again whenever you need us.

I did my roof with T&S roofing and I have no complaints. I want to thank the whole team especially Paula for texting me and keeping me updated. The company communicated each step of the project with me from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and transparent. The team arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and completed the job ahead of schedule. The quality of their work is outstanding — the new roof looks amazing, and I can already tell it's built to last. They paid attention to every detail and left the property cleaner than they found it. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and dedicated to doing the job right. I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work your team did in installing our new roof. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. It’s not often that you encounter a contractor who is both reliable and knowledgeable, and I wanted to make sure you know that your hard work has not gone unnoticed. I’m confident that our new roof will provide lasting value, and we’re already seeing the benefits of its superior construction. Please pass along my gratitude to everyone involved and specially to Roxana who kept me inform from day 1 to the end of the job. I will certainly recommend your services to friends, family, and neighbors in need of roofing work. Thank you again for a job well done. It was a pleasure working with you. Sincerely, Juan Lucas
