I have called, texted, emailed, and left voicemails for 3 weeks now about a repair needed to a roof they installed. They still have not gotten back to me.

Hey Mike, I only see one call this morning at 932 AM, my office called you and went to voicemail. Eddie will try to continue to reach out. I will check with our IT dept, to see where the email is ?

Had an altercation with an employee wearing a hat of your company after he decided to block my car in at a local home depot in Deerfield beach i have pictures of the white ford 250 and plate number which i will use for further action since i missed a doctor's appointment and my Co worker was late to picking up his children from school. Great people representing your company!

Nicholas , negative reviews are not the way to solve the issue, if this is really a bad experience and NOT a person with malice, the correct way of helping us, is calling our office and letting us find out who and what happened. it could have also been that they were wearing our hats and shirts as we give them away during many festivals as a part of marketing.

My brother hired these people about two months ago to patch up his leaking roof. After wasting the first days of work by COMPLETELY overlooking the leaking spot, misleading my brother about the "contract" terms, AND THEN my brother coming home weeks later to find their UNINVITED crew on his property trying to cover their shotty work,THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING!!! These guys really put my brother through the ringer and frankly, I am convinced that the people running this outfit are CROOKS and should not be in business if this is the way they conduct their dealings. I wrote this review because my brother really got burned by these guys and to warn anyone out there looking to hire them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IF YOURE LOOKING TO HIRE THOMPSONS ROOFING, DONT, BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I believe this is a hater review, we have asked for the contact information many of times and its never been provided.we encourage all our clients to call us first bc as the owner we never leave a client unhappy. We always look for a resolution. As a matter of fact most of the homes that have ever had an issue we make sure get the attention needed so that they can always state the facts, if there was an issue, it was fixed.

We discovered a leak in our bathroom ceiling after a particularly bad storm and called Thompson’s Roofing. We had used them before and were extremely pleased with that work. They came out the next day and assessed the issue and within a couple days did the repair. They are very professional and customer friendly. We will definitely use them again if needed.

We hired this roofing company to repair and correct significant issues caused by another contractor’s poor roof installation for one of our clients. From start to finish, their team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. They maintained clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they handled the situation with integrity and attention to detail. We are very pleased with the outcome and would 100% recommend them for any roofing repairs or new roofing needs.

Great job by Thompson's roofing for a re-roof in Hollywood, FL. Eddie, John, and the whole team were amazing. Their price was fair, they showed up when agreed, kept me informed every step, delivered what they promised, and the roof looks great. As a SoFlo resident for over 50 years, I highly recommend them.
