  I’d recommend going to any other roofer other than Paletz. They were a complete nightmare to work with. They don’t communicate and didn’t do half the things insurance is asking for so we are still paying insurance rates like we have a 20 year old roof. Be warned. They began the process, didn’t communicate, and left tiles on our roof when a hurricane was coming. Zero communication. Works show up unannounced in trucks with AC company info on it. They kept calling us asking for final payment when final payment was sent to them AND cashed weeks prior. They are a total disaster. Our new roof doesn’t even look good. The ridge is a totally different color than the tiles. They sent out to manufacturer and he agreed. They said it’s too late to change because it’s already installed and would compromise the roof if they tore it off, meaning they admitted it looked bad.

  Very professional, they document everything with fotos, any doubts and concerns are quickly resolved. Now the true test, withstanding hurricane season! Well, 2 leaks appeared exactly where they said it had been fixed, had to wait well over a month to get them back out to fix, which caused personal damage to the summer timing of the sale of the home. Had to hire 3 professional roofers to get accurate opinion of whether or not the job was done properly in the first place, which turned out that it wasn't. Until the owner got involved thing were finally repaired. Personel that came out to repair just dumped sand and tarp causing damage to our lawn. So my personal experience is shop around, do your due diligence and be very careful if you hire Paletz.

  I was planning on hiring this company as a neighbor used them for their roof repair. I agreed to move forward and after 6 weeks (when the roof was to be installed) I was was told it would be another 6 to 8 weeks ... now for the permit. After stating it had already been 6 weeks and I had heard nothing from Paltez, I was told I now needed to have a document notarized. This should have been indicated at the onset. They then stated the City is taking about 8 weeks for a roof permit. When contacting them, the City is taking 2 to 4 weeks. I feel mislead by the process. I owned a construction company prior to moving to Florida. Additionally, they did not survey the inside of the roof only the outside. I've had two additional roofing companies look at the roof and both went into the attic to survey the condition. Now the owner is being hostile asking for $400 to cancel a contract they've done nothing on. I have txt messages indicating he performed a wind mitigation and he agreed to provide the report and receipts of incurred costs. Now he is refusing to provide any documentation.

  From start to finish, Paletz Roofing and Inspections made the entire process easy and stress-free. Jonnathan got everything set up, and from that point on it was smooth sailing. The communication and coordination were excellent, with timely emails and texts from both the office and the project manager, so I always knew what was happening and when. Once the permit was approved and the weather cooperated, the crew came out and completed the job efficiently. I would absolutely recommend Paletz Roofing and Inspections—and I already have!

  Paletz roofing was very helpful in filling out the necessary forms.Cesare was in charge of scheduling and kept us informed with the progress. Chris was in charge of the crews, they were very efficient in their work. Chris also kept us informed on the condition of the roof and the necessary repairs. Constant photos of the progress. At the end of the day the roof was dried in and waiting for inspection. I am very satisfied with the progress so far.

  From start to finish the Paletz team was great to work with on my roof. The metal roof process takes longer than a normal roof, and the team kept me sane during the entire process. Each and every day they made sure my property was clean and free of nails, screws, and trash before they left for the day. The team took their time and made sure that all of the cuts, edges, vents, and each detail were done and done right. All inspections passed on the first attempt with no issues. I enjoyed using their preferred vendors for screen enclosure disconnect, new gutter systems, and especially the recommended painting crew. The process was laid out clear in the paperwork and the payment process with no hidden fees or change orders. What you agree to is what you pay with them. Great customer service, clear communication, and true customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Paletz for all your roofing needs. I am glad i went with them. They were not the cheapest quote, but word of mouth from other customers and driving by other properties they have installed sold me.
