  Even in bad experiences I reframe from leaving a 1 star. Unfortunately, having experienced so many issues with Rainbow Roofing, and now several issues going unresolved along with including the Association Attorney. This will be one of the few 1 star reviews I leave. The communication has been sloppy, the contracted work required and needed was unsatisfactory. The Association spent nearly $300,000 for a new roof and now getting the round around for several leaks and now being investigated by the manufacture. Unfortunately sometimes we do not want to take responsibility and it makes it easier to blame others (especially when sending sub-contractors. This is one of those cases. Now we have to involve the Association's attorney so that Rainbow can be held responsible.

  BEWARE!! INCOMPETENT! You cant give zero starts or we would. They broke our AC, & yanked the pipe 3/4 of an inch which then caused the washer machine to flood the unit below. I will be complaining to the BBB

  About a month ago my wife hired this company to repair a roof leak on a 10x 15 sloped tile roof. After 3 weeks we have a major leak the entire length of the living room. We were given a 1yr repair warranty and Marc would not return any phone calls or emails. My wife finally spoke with the secretary and she rudely hung up on her with no solution to fix our roof. At this point I am going to pay another roof company 2700 to fix the same leak. As unprofessional as this business is I highly recommend staying far away from them. I have never taken the time to review a business before but people need to hear this before hiring them. This business does not stand by their work!!!

  1) Roof hadn't leaked in 9 years until it did and we had water coming through a bathroom ceiling with damage to the drywall. Called Rainbow based on reviews. 2) Nice guys showed up for the estimate, but came a day late! Said they had "emergency" estimate to do in Miami. Price was mid-range to high, but they had good reviews, so we hired them. 3) After adjusting our work schedules to accommodate Rainbow roofers,they no showed for repair. Said weather was to blame, but there was little or no rain in our area. This happened 2 days in a row, albeit with emails from Mr. Segal on the morning they were supposed to be there. 4) Following second no show, I called to say don't bother, especially when the nice lady who answered the phone said she knew nothing about the appointments and couldn't reach the workmen. 5) Tropical storm Erika was supposed to hit, so when Mr. Segal called to apologize and promised the workmen would come the next day I agreed, since, at that point, it would have been near impossible to find someone to get the job done in time. 6) Workers came the day before the attenuated storm hit. Said they fixed the leak, but left the tiles off for repair to "settle." Other roofers have told us, in the past, in a different house, that this is done to wait to be sure the problem is solved, as roof leaks can be tricky and it is not uncommon not to get it right the first time. 7) It rained the next night and water poured in again, from the same exact place. 8) Called Rainbow to dispatch workers again. This time they came in a more timely fashion and worked on it again (didn't take more than a few hours), and said problem was fixed. 9) Second attempt was successful, but Mr. Segal wanted us to pay $500.00 extra because they had to come back. Said there were 2 leaks, not one, that hadn't been recognized at the time of the estimate (coincidentally in the same place, at the same time?). 10) My husband called to question this. Mr. Segal finally agreed not to charge extra

  As President of the Oakridge A Condominium Association in CVE, I highly recommend Rainbow Roofing and its President, Marc Segal. Marc is always diligent, courteous, and attentive to his clients' needs, and he promptly resolves any issues that arise. The work was carried out according to the contract and specifications, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and within a reasonable timeframe.

  Great experience with Marc and his crew installing our Roof at Harwood E in Century Village East Deerfield Beach. Excellent communication with Marc, the owner, explaining what to expect. Finished the job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Rainbow Roofing is well-organized setting up their work area. Cleaned the catwalks daily after finishing working for the day. I highly recommend this company. It was a smooth installation.

  I had an excellent experience with Rainbow Roofing, who have recently completed a roof replacement project on our 4 story, 80 unit building in Deerfield Beach. Problems will always rear their heads in any major job; it’s just a question of when. A totally unexpected rain squall created a bit of havoc one mid February afternoon. The quality of a contractor is always apparent in how they deal with that problem. Rainbow dealt with air conditioner issues, with plaster repair, and did everything they could to satisfy difficult unit owners. And the job itself appears flawless, and passed it’s warranty inspection quickly and easily. They did their best to maintain sanitary conditions during the job with daily cleanups, and communicated with me frequently as to scheduling and other information that I needed to share. I am happy to give them a full and unequivocal recommendation.
