  I called Thompson Brothers Roofing, was told to send pictures and get measurements to them and they would contact me right away and hopefully may even be able to come in a few days to work on the roof. I sent all the requested info, and they totally ghosted me. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times , but no one bothers to call me back. We did not even discuss money yet, so not sure why the lack of proper communication on their part.

  Hello James. You called me on May 8th and indicated that you put yourself in a bad spot becasue you stripped your entire garage roof and found rotten plywood. You also indicated that you didnt think you were capable of replacing the plywood and thats why you were reaching out. if you recall i recommended that you put underlayment on the roof before the rain that was forecasted for the weekend. I also indicated that we are extremley busy and that I didnt know if we could help out. ( this is one of the frist things i said) I asked you to send some pics so i could run it by the owner and see if there was anything we could do. I called you back on May 8th at 2:52pm to let you know we wouldn't be able to help out. I thought it would be better to tell you in person that we would not be able to do the project. I wish we could have hepled out.

  I called Thompson Brothers this morning to request they reattach a downspout they installed and was told "Sorry we don't have the manpower to do that." Buyer beware. Minutes after leaving the above 1 star Google review, I received a call from Mitch Thompson. Instead of acknowledging the problem professionally, his response was shockingly inapapropriate and filled with profanity towards me. It's deeply disappointing to see a company resort to such unprofessinal behavior when faced with criticism. As a customer, I expect a business to handle feedback with maturity and respect, even if they disagree with it. Resorting to profanity-laden rants reflects poorly on their professionalism and raises serious doubts about their ability to handle customer concerns in a constructive manner. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Thompson Bros Roofing. If this is how they choose to interact with their customers over such a minor issue.

  David you indicated that you have a loose downspout which ouccured after a windstorm. You asked if we warranty our work which we do. We offer a 5 year workmanship warranty. Our records show that your gutter work was completed in 2013, which is 11 years ago. My secretary told you that we do not have the manpower to do the repair anytime in the immediate future. We have a long list of cutomers that have been paitently awaitng for us to complete their work. We would rather be up front and honest so we dont keep people waitng. Most customers appreciate and thank us for being honest about time frames so they can look into other options. I guess you did not appreciate our honesty and you seemed frustated so you decided to go on goolge and leave a 1 star rating. Sorry for my frustration but when someone goes on google and wites something unfair, its hard not to get offended, especially when its something you care about. If the gutter work was within the warranty time frame we would have investigated the matter and detemined if it was workmanship related issue and if it was we would've repaired it.

  Thompson Bros were here last fall to replace our roof. We were more than impressed with the workers and the quality of the work they performed. They were very professional, knowledgeable, as well as being very informative well they walked us through the entire process with what they were doing and why. There clean up was impeccable and I’d recommend this company to anyone in need of any type of roofing services needed.

  I had my roof done by this company in 2024, and the work was fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. The quality was excellent, and everything was completed on time and cleaned up thoroughly. They also offer siding services, and based on the great experience I had with the roofing, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing or siding work.

  Cannot recommend this company enough! Very professional, and amazing work! Great gang of guys! Did a terrific job cleaning up after themselves daily, left our yard the exact way they found it. Very happy we went with them to put on a steel roof!

  We could not have been happier with Thompson Brothers. Mitch was great to deal with as was Donna in the office. The guys on the job were all great workers & the job was done well. Every evening the place was left spotless. Would get them again in a heartbeat. Love the new roof!
